We felt uncomfortable coming in here. Got buzzed in but the only person in the store was watching some video on their computer behind protective glass? Plastic? Looks more like a pawn shop. The jewelry looked outdated and all they had was silver when we asked to look at rings. Thankfully we were buzzed out. We were getting nervous.

I bought a pre-owned Rado watch from here($ 300+) a few years back, and finally got the battery replaced, only to find out it was a flaming FAKE.

The phone still does not work to my knowledge. However, hours are decent(about 10 – 6 M-F). I was encouraged to visit as I needed a new watch battery, which they have an inexpensive price of and quick service for. There were other customers, an older woman adding links to her bracelet and a younger fellow who was looking at expensive jewelry and attempting bargaining. The employee was a nice lady who reminded him many times about not reducing price and terms of holding or lay-away. I did see a ring I enjoyed that was inexpensive and beautiful, the employee also helped me with cleaning items that appeared to work well with silver. It’s good there and I can see why they are strict with security, such as you need to knock to enter the locked premises.

They are a good business-but it would help a lot if their phone ever worked!!!
