We are a peanut free baking facility (not store front) specializing in small batch orders custom made for your individual tastes and dietary restriction needs. Whether it be birthday cakes, gifts for anniversaries, holiday cookies, wedding cakes, holiday tarts and pies, or a treat for the every day, we are glad to work with you and provide you with exactly what you’d like, delivery included (within a 15 mile radius).

Business Owner

Baking has always been a passion for me, starting when I was old enough to reach the knobs in the kitchen. As a person growing up with many severe food allergies and Type 1 diabetes, baking had never been the typical recipe experience and I was often times left to invent my own recipes with many substitutions (some successful and some not so much). Throughout the years, my success rate increased, with the assistance of my degree in Dietetics and Health and Wellness with a focus in Food Science research at SUNY Oneonta. This degree has enabled me a gained the confidence to produce my secretly healthier recipes for others as well as to continue to invent new recipes and ways to make things taste sinful without as much of the sin. I look forward to being able to help you with your bakery needs!
