I really enjoy coming to have Danny do my nails. He does a great job of both gel and NexGen. His salon is always clean and it’s conveniently. located on N. MacArthur in Las Colinas near Royal Lane.

Too loud! Hard to relax with the staff chatting with each other and answering their phones. The music is loud, too. I’ve been going here almost two years, and their quality is mostly really good. Kimi and Yen both do nice work. I’ve had good waxes here, too. But they need to ban cell phones and tablets by staff, get them to stop yelling across the salon and chatting with each other, and switch to quiet spa music. Prices are sort of high. The milk and honey or green tea pedicures are $ 50, and a gel manicure is $ 40. These include paraffin wax. If you’re planning to chat with a friend or talk on your phone anyway, you might like this place fine.

Worst powder gel job ever. In light of time, I went on my work lunch break instead of going to my normal salon in North Dallas. Bad idea. I was there for 2 hours. She dipped my nails six times and filed for hours. Despite all the filing, it’s still a thick uneven mess. I’m not sure about the other technicians in there but this person has not been doing this technique very long. I’m normally in and out of my usual place in an hour with only 2 – 3 coats. While other reviewers may think this place is great, one bad experience will lose me as a customer, and I won’t be referring anyone there either. They should have given me a discount. I didn’t make a stink while I was there but I shouldn’t have to beg for decent customer service. I will be going to my normal place and having them fix it. Good Riddance!!!

I walked in at 10:45 thinking that i could get in and out since they only had 1 other person in the salon. They had a man give me my pedicure, (he must have been in training) because clearly he wasn’t qualified to give a pedicure. It was terrible from the beginning to the end. he didn’t know how to file, clip cuticles or give a massage and definitely couldn’t polish! The first polish he put on was too thin, the 2^nd too thick. He got polish on my cuticles and missed some of my nails. I was in the chair an hour and a half (by the way, the chair didn’t work). I expressed to them that i wasn’t happy with the work. they didn’t offer to do anything and I would have said no anyway, i had had enough. So now i will most likely have to go to another salon to have them redo my polish.

Very bad service. Did a bad job and then showed attitude. The owners daughter does not know her job well and shows attitude when confronted. Very very bad. Never get your nails done from that individual Christy.

Very poor service! I asked the nail technician to try two colors on my hands and since they couldn’t not open up one of the colors, they told me just to go with the one they could open ! The way the polish was put on was horrible, there’s bumps and not filled all the way to the nail bed. First and last time that I will be coming to the nail salon.

I went is a few Saturdays ago to meet an out of town friend for a pedicure. I selected this place based on the reviews on Unilocal.No one greeted me when I walked and and I had to ask several times for a menu to know what they offered and at what cost.
I got their standard spa pedicure for around $ 30. It offered very little for that price and the lady gave me a very brief and weak massage. The polish selection was pitiful — it was disorganized, random and most of the bottles were almost empty.
Skip this place for sure and go elsewhere! I can get a MUCH better pedicure at the Aveda School at North Park for just $ 15 which makes the drive to Dallas worth it!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!! There haven’t been a time, not even one, where I DIDNT like my service or the way I was treated. I have tried Posh Nails, Hawaiian Nails, Hollywood Nails and a few other places and hey just don’t compare. Anna is just god sent, she is a perfectionist for sure. And I will definitely be going back!

This place is a three star at best! When we went in we were greeted and seated immediately. Our nail technicians wear quite friendly and attentive. However, as more customers came my technician became increasingly distracted and quite overwhelmed. The beginning of the experience was excellent but it deteriorated to the point that my technician was practically stepping away from me as she was finishing painting my nails. She couldn’t even wait until she was done. It was quite a disappointment because I was really impressed in the beginning. The finished product was just okay and would have used more attention to detail. My sister got glitter nails and the 3d effect on it turned out a bit tacky.

This is the second time I had been at this nail salon.
The first time was nice. It was a Sunday and very busy. They fit me in right away. Service was prompt, friendly, & right on budget for a gel manicure.40.00.
So I went back expecting the same service.
They waited on me quickly. I sat in a chair where a man training… that was pretty obvious. Usually not a problem, right? When I asked him if he was new to the profession, he didn’t understand English at all. They proceeded to give me someone else without my request. The girl that did my pedi was only concerned with helping the new guy who was now assisting the other customer that just sat down. This woman did such a poor job on my feet to include the polishing. Let me explain… Now, I get a pedicure monthly so there isn’t a tremendous amount of wrk my feet need. The Cuticles were not trimmed appropriately, heels were rough, and the «massage» was worse than what a 5 year old could have done. Even the Polish quality was poor. I did enjoy The wax treatment. It was very nice!
Now the kicker… The bill total was 120.00!!! 60.00 for the nails, 65.00 for the toes… Are you kidding me??? For that!!! What a disappointment.

Now, had it been a fabulous experience… I wouldn’t have minded as much.
NEVER again will I assume the cost of the service is what I had payed for it in the past…

Last minute, called in and they were able to get me in. Why I chose this place is from one of the photos that a customer posted of the light green and silver nail polish. I was in love! Will be great to go with St. Party’s Day!
As I enter, the decorations impress me for a small place like this. They had me wait for a little bit and set me up with Anna. I would have given this place a two star if I had to but Anna is super sweet and took her time with my nails. I showed her a picture of the type of nail polish I want and she matched it perfectly.
My biggest pet peeve is nail technician fighting about who’s turn to do the next customers. I used to manage one and know the ins and outs of it. They talked out loud battling about a client. Geeezzzz!
As for my pedicure (basic pedicure due to time constraint), it took them over 10 mins to have someone start on me while Anna is already working on my shellac manicure. They finally set me up with another woman and this lady flew by with my pedicure. She skipped some steps which I left it at that. She also left another customers sitting waiting to get their nails painted prior to me. Because she tried to get to me, she left the other lady waiting. As they offer other customers drink.

Overall, my judgement may be tough because I used to manage one, it us up to the manager to oversees this. Hence I don’t even think they have a manager. With the ambiance being nicely decorated, there needs to be major improvements on customer service.

Best pedicures ever. They’re entry remodeled and the chairs and ambience is a big upgrade. The Nu Skin pedicure and Milk n Honey pedicures are my favorite. They do tons of scrubs, lotions and massaging. It is a long pedicure and worth every penny. I’m never disappointed. It is frequented by several cheerleaders (Cowboys and Mavs) and even the football players.

After being a regular customer at this nail salon for about four months (going at least twice a month), I just had to share how much I love my nail tech Ella. She is perfect and pays so much attention to ensuring her customers love their service. I have not been to another nail salon since finding Ella by total chance. Best time to go without an appointment is as soon as they open on Saturday or Sunday.

First time coming in to get my nails done, and I love it! My nails look wonderful, especially done by Stephanie. The whole staff is very friendly and the place itself is warm and welcoming. Stephanie did a beautiful job with my nails and I really look forward to coming back again.

This was my first time visiting this nail shop. They were busy at the time of my visit, but I had a wonderful experience. I wanted a gel manicure. A lady name Sydney did my nails, she was careful about her work and made sure I was pleased. I did not feel like she rushed through anything. She gave me great conversation and even recommendations for my nails. Overall the shop was very clean and nice! I will definitely be going back.

I have am new to area and have been looking for a nail salon, this place is ok but expensive.
Quality:
The pedicure I received was an enjoyable experience. The scrub was nice and the massage was awesome. However, the finished product was not quite up to the quality I expect. The paint job was ok, and polish did not last very long at all.
Price:
This place is expensive, really expensive. Expect to pay $ 60 – 75 dollars for a pedicure (including tip).
Location:
Really nice interior, comfy chairs, very clean and the parking is good.
Staff:
Friendly and helpful.
Bottom line:
Experience good but not worth the price.

These ladies Yen and Kimmie are the best! Their service is great and the quality of work is awesome!

Went here on a post-​partum party (is that even a phrase??) with my sis-​in-​law (SiL) while visiting her, my bro, and their newborn daughter.
SiL has been here before, and it was cool to see how friendly and laid back the technicians were; several complimented her on her already-​slim figure, asked about the baby and how she was doing. We got the basic mani-​pedis.
Ok, confession. In culinary school, we aren’t allowed to have nail polish. But I may have taken that to the next level and let myself go. My poor technician (Cherry??) was incredibly gracious as she repaired my four paws to human standards. After briefly conversing with another technician, she apologized to me for speaking to the other and explained what she was asking. This was the first time I’ve ever been given that respect from a nail technician. She was funny, engaging, and very good at her work. She worked quickly where appropriate, but took her time on all the great perks (like the massages, reshaping my nails, etc.). Another technician assisted with painting my fingernails while she worked on my toes (yes, it was that bad; I was embarrassed!)
Since I’m rather rough with my feet (lotsa running) and hands (lotsa cooking, cleaning, dishwashing), I didn’t expect the polish to last long. And while the paint on my fingernails are indeed chipping, as expected, the shape of the nails have remained. The toes still look great. Dang, it’s so nice to feel like a lady again!
I know folks have commented on the price, but when dealing with DC prices, this is a steal. The technicians all seemed friendly and competent.
I’ll be visiting this place again next time I’m in town!

This place is expensive! But I feel it was totally worth the price. I booked a pedicure and gel nails. You get to pick the type of pedicure you want so I went with the oatmeal ($ 50). The pedicure was great. They used an oatmeal mix to scrub my feet and legs. Then another white scrub. Then some type of oil that they put on the bottoms of my feet and then wrapped in saran wrap. We’re not finished yet… Then some type of mud that was applied to my legs and feet and then wrapped with a hot towel. Then some other type of oil that the lady used to massage my legs and feet. Lastly my feet were wrapped in the paraffin wax before she painted my toe nails. Ahhhh heaven!
While all this was going on another lady was doing my nails. And I was drinking wine. WIN! I was really surprised that after my gel nails were done the lady massaged my arms. Also, I got paraffin wax on my hands too. Whoa! I went ahead and got my eyebrows waxed while I was there. That all came to the hefty price of $ 100. But you see what all they did… Totes worth it.
