I highly recommend kobi for any home remodeling project you have! After doing our interior paint we decided to also do the exterior of the house because we were so satisfied. He was so professional and finished the project before planned! The treeium team was very attentive to any request or concern! Thank you for a great remodeling experience!

I just purchased a home and seen the great reviews and accolades about Treeium online and requested a free in-​home estimate. The scheduling process was very easy and the staff was friendly and courteous. I had the pleasure of dealing with Project Manager Neev Kugel where he was extremely knowledgable on all facets of my home remodeling ideas where he was even able to understand my special circumstances. I must say the professionalism, integrity, and honesty Neev had displayed was just outstanding and for me character counts and Neev Kugel has an ample amount of it.

My wife and I hired Treeium, inc to remodel our master bath in Lakewood. It was a completed gut and remodel. Kobi and Amir we wonderful to deal with and helped with our vision, giving us suggestion when asked. They weren’t the cheapest, but fair priced for the quality or work performed. Unlike past experiences with contractors, they stayed on budget and best of all time, of completion was as promised. All of our little squawks were taken care of without any problems. We would recommend that if you are planning a remodel, check these guys out.

Don Mkhitarian from Treeium made sure that even after our job was finished a few of the loose ends were finished up on quickly. He is a top notch guy and would welcome working on other projects with him with our home. Originally I gave Treeium 4.5 stars but that has moved up to 5 stars because Don has followed thru on every last detail we needed. Thanks again!

Treeium came to my other house to give me an estimate for me my kitchen and 2 bathroom.
i had 3 estimate prior to them and finely chose them.
i was very happy with Eran, the Branch Manger, and his project manger, Don, as far as the price and the vibe.
The job went smooth they are a very small detail guys and gave us what i needed with out up selling us (unlike other company!!). I found Treeium crews to be polite, knowledgeable and honest and always on time.
They kept me and my wife informed before leaving each day when to expect the next person/​crew, and cleaned up each day. The finished product is beautiful.

I highly recommend Treeium to anyone who needs work done on their home. They have a great organization that is flexible to meet anyone’s needs. Although they are not the cheapest, they are the best. Boy oh Boy did I dodge a bullet! The review below me, is right this company does have 2 or 3 Unilocal accounts so «beware» — Just yesterday they came to my house to give me a estimate. I only needed 5 ceiling fans installed (I would furnish the fans) and 6 recess added in the kitchen, and 1 solar attic fan in the attic, (no electric here– its solar and going in the place were your duck goes in) The price they quoted me 14,000 !!! I said WHY? They said they had to rewire. I said No did you not see the switches in all the rooms? Yes, you have to add the electric box on the ceiling and re-​run the wire but its already wired! And even if it wasnt 14,000 are you kidding me! This guy was pushy like I’ve never seen. He wanted to call my Hero rep who I am working with on the finance side right then and there. i said NO and and had to stop being polite at this point. I flat out said” Your Prices Are Way To High” His only excuse was «i didnt understand the work that has to be done.
The next day I called 2 more electricians. I have been quoted under 2,000 from both of them for everything– I buy the fans!

Gidy got the job done. Kitchen done beautifully. Wanted to change my old kitchen into something beautiful. Kitchen cabinets painted and ceasarstone countertops installed. Good job. Thanks to Gidy and his Treeium team.

While I did not deal with this company personally, I am not happy at all with how they treated my clients when they asked for a bid on their project. I am shocked at how heartless this person was to my client, and I would never in a million years hire someone who was as rude as this guy.
I wouldn’t even recommend this company to any other one of my clients just because of the experience they gave my client. They improperly quoted my client which is really unprofessional on their part. Even as a designer myself, I know that what they quoted was bogus.
Another thing to notice here on Unilocal,is this dude doesn’t even respond to the negative reviews! Its shocking how this company is still in business and has as many positive reviews as they do. They must hire some people to write positive reviews. Anyway, please be careful when and if you consider this company.

Please be careful and get everything in writing. Sales rep Gidy quoted my bathroom $ 2,500 for demo, hot mop and $ 4,500 for tile work as long as I bought tile, I said ok. As soon as the demo was done, Gidy tells me $ 12,000. Either he’s really bad at his job or he’s pulling a bait and switch. Any way I told him to take a hike and found an honest company Tompkins Flooring in Irvine. They did a terrific job, I would recommend them to anyone. Good luck if you use this company.

We purchased a home built in 1963 with very few improvement’s. We hired Treeium to completely redesign 2 bathrooms and add a walk-​in closet in the master bedroom. Sam was our project manager and provided a great design. I found Treeium crews to be polite, knowledgeable and honest. Over a span of 4 months there was only a few work days when workers were not on the job. Our work scope went beyond just a remodel. Slab was removed to replace underground plumbing, new footings poured and new slab with rebar. Each inspection passed without any city issues. Sam kept on top of the whole project, assisted me when picking out bathroom vanities, tiles for showers and floors. Sam took the time to shop around for the best prices for tiles, new interior doors and any additional hardware needed. I am very pleased with the finished product, my friends are impressed. We look forward to working with Sam and Treeium for our future house remodel projects and we highly recommend Sam and the Treeium staff.

We hired Treeium to demo a huge, ugly 60’s/70’s style floor to ceiling rock monster surrounding a fireplace. 8′ on one wall by 2′ along adjacent wall with 2′ raised, rock hearth. Replace with wallboard and minimal travertine. Theirs was not the lowest bid, but we are glad we hired them. They started and finished well within the agreed to timeframe. They kept us informed before leaving each day when to expect the next person/​crew, and cleaned up each day. The finished product is beautiful.

I had XXX (removed the name) from Treeium come out to my home for an estimate on stucco and roof today. I told him up front that I am getting about 3 estimates then I will choose within next few days. By today, I had 2 estimates on stucco work, and 1 roofing estimate. He went on and on for about an hour (from 5:10 to 6 PM) about how other people liked his work and how they became friends. Wonderful.
He told me it would be $ 9K to do both jobs. Then after 1 minute, he says 10K is a really good price for both. So I said «I thought you just told me 9K» then he replied back saying if there’s a «wall» on the roof, it’s 10K. (not sure what wall on the roof means and I don’t think such a thing exists) and he kept mentioning 10K. I asked him if it includes wooden panel on the garage that I already mentioned to him and he said no. So I asked how much and I had to really drag answer out of him as he keeps saying «not much». How much is not much? He also quoted $ 3K to replace the lattice above my small deck. OK I am not a contractor but I have a pretty good idea as to how much that should be. I know it is no where near $ 3K to replace cheap lattice. By now, he thinks I am stupid. (I actually work in property management!!) Then he wants me to sign a contract NOW. So I said I have couple people coming out tomorrow and next week so I would like to wait but I will definitely let him know within few days as I have to get this remodeling done then fly to the east coast. Then he wants me to sign a contract then cancel it and I said I really wanted to wait few days.
Then he literally slam-​shut his black folder, and said in a rude manner (he was so mad) why I would not sign blah blah. AND this part really throws me off. He says IT WOULD NOT BE A SAME PRICE IF I CALL BACK TOMORROW. What the? Am I buying a car here? He just got up and said «good luck!!!» when I said nicely that I cannot really sign a contract since I have to decide next week but I would definitely keep him posted. He showed such a scary temper. When he said «gooood luck!!», his tone was loud and sarcastic, he really meant «whatever!».
I also wrote down the quotes on his business card, and he asked «what did you write???» OK… that did it. I personally thought that the price wasn’t too bad and would’ve seriously considered Treeium for this house, and also other rental properties nearby. But after seeing his bad temper, and how he completely made me feel like I wasted his time by not signing the contract on the spot, I would think twice about Treeium. I think I am a pretty reasonable person, but I am not sure why he was so devastated and mad when I tried hard to explain why I could not sign today. Thinking back, I don’t know why I even bothered to explain this same reason over and over again like I was so sorry. I don’t think I have to apologize for wasting his time on an estimate, when I can be a potential customer next week. I am sure Treeium is a good company from the reviews but one employee can make a huge difference in how customers view the company, and the CEO and management team is ultimately responsible for properly training their staff.

After getting a few estimates with a few different contractors, I chose Treeium to do my master bathroom remodel. Jacque was the project manager that came to give the estimate and he seemed very honest, reliable and trustworthy – something you don’t see in too many contractors. Jacque was very helpful throughout the whole process with the design and the restrictions with the city permits. Even though it’s annoying to have to deal with the city, I liked how Treeium had everything approved by the city and got permits for the remodel. Doing that ensures you won’t have any problems down the road possibly with selling the home. The different crews that came everyday were very clean and respectful of our home. They always cleaned up after themselves and and got the jobs done in a timely manner. I gave Treeium 4 stars because they did take a little longer than promised. However, I do have to say some of that was my own fault for not having some supplies ready. I would like to give the project manager, Jacque, 5 stars for his professionalism and work ethic. He was always available to talk if I needed anything and he responded to my texts and voicemails right away. I am very happy with my new master bathroom and I have already recommended them to a friend that is looking to remodel her kitchen. Thank you Treeium and thank you Jacque!

Treeium just finished remodeling my bathroom and laundry room and entry they did a great job our project manager Uri Nir was vary professional and the workers were excellent we love the results.

I gave my mother an early birthday present I gave her a complete kitchen remodel. Like every shopper I was shopping around looking for my perfect fit price and professionalism. I received a call from Treeium from a gentleman called Rick he gave me so much information over the phone which to me knowledge is it plus I decided to schedule a consultation after I had met with 4 different company’s I schedule a free consultation with Treeium. They send me one of their project managers (salesman) a wonderful rep Max he showed up on time which time today is a huge plus I hate tardiness. Max was on time with so many samples for me to select from which made it difficult because I’m so picky. But Max understood that I wanted an absolute beautiful kitchen for my mother. Once I made up my mind Max gave me a great price I believe that you get what you pay for that’s my motto. Max gave me a schedule for the kitchen remodel he walk me thru step by step what was going to be done from demolition to how many nails we where going to need he was always available to my very silly questions. And He was very patient with me. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism Treeium offers I received a welcome call from a lovely lady named Liz as well as a progress call they even have quality assurance department that stop by my job site to be sure all the Forman were working and cleaning up after their work day Jeff the quality assurance man was really nice and had some much knowledge and gave me all the assurance I needed.
Yes there were a couple of glitches here and there but the Treeium team was always there to correct any issues I had even if I was at fault. My mother is extremely happy. I am satisfied THANK YOU TREEIUM FAMILY.
