We got a big problem from IRS audit when we moved to Irvine this July. I need a very good accountant to resolve the issue. I checked on-​line and found Nick. He has very good customer reviews and is a expert in IRS audit case. Our case is complicate because it involved previous accountant mistakes, our different responses to IRS in different tax years, and even IRS’ mistake (yes, he found one IRS mistake)! I met with Nick and discussed our case. He called me later and said «you are lucky, I accept your case».
I don’t know what it means until later. He told me he does not accept every case looking for his help. If he think he can’t help too much, he will reject the case. He spent a lot of time to study and prepare our case. I went to his office many times to discuss it (don’t mention many phone calls between these visits). He also represented us to call IRS examiners to communicate and figure out the better way to appeal our case.
When the IRS rejected our first appeal, he didn’t give up. He discussed with us and called the IRS examiner again. He decided to do the amended appeal (another way to appeal). Finally, we won the case after 5 months fight back! If it were not helped by Nick, we would pay the penalty earlier and accumulate bigger problem later (if you have audit record in IRS and you didn’t correct it, you will get more audit and penalty, and even go to jail for that)!
Nick not only helped us won the case (for year 2013), he also corrected our 2014 tax return to seal the hole of mistakes. He will reopen our 2012 tax return to meet our best interest.
He saved us money from the penalty and his fee is reasonable (he told me his fee is cheaper than other CPAs in Irvine). Most importantly, he saved us from IRS audit list in a big favor!

Nick and his associates could be the best tax service around. His explanation for my uncle case was super clear. He gave my uncle a brief review first then later he went into steps which is very easy to understand. Besides, he gave some good advices on how to save my uncle’s tax amount. I will sure to bring my uncle back here again.
