Kenny Chang began his insurance career in 1984, focusing then on life insurance. Shortly after his introduction to the insurance industry, Kenny joined JHL Insurance Agency as a property & casualty insurance producer. In 1992, Kenny started his own insurance agency in Hacienda Heights, CA. He founded KCAL Insurance Agency to serve the community’s property & casualty needs, and then expanded into health insurance.

KCAL Insurance Agency now provides the community with Auto, Homeowners, Life, Health, Workers’ Compensation, & Commercial insurance.

Precise, Patient, and Professional.
Very glad to be her customer.
With rapid changes of today’s medical insurance reforms, you will need an experienced agent to guide you through all the questions and concerns.
Especially if you had been pampered by corporate group insurance, it’s your first time out in the real world, on your own. You WILL have tons of questions, and Ms Zhang is ready to help!

I stumbled upon this agency when I googled Mercury.
The receptionist who answered the phone was very polite and handed me over to Yvonne. She took my info and emailed me a quote within 30 minutes as she promised and gave me the fairest price I could find.
When I went to the office to pay, the staff was very pleasant and Yvonne was very professional. She had me out of there in a timely manner and thoroughly explained my policy.
I will be adding my renters policy when it expires and giving any future business to Yvonne.
