My Husband and I worked with Matthew on leasing a rental property. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. Matthew was quick on getting back to us if we had any questions and was very helpful in expediting the whole process. He made us feel as though we were a priority. We also loved being able to do most of the transactions online and through email. It couldn’t have been easier. We felt as though Matthew had our best interest at hand, and even after the transaction was completed, has continued to be a pleasure to work with if we’ve needed any assistance. We love our new home and are very thankful to Matthew! We would highly recommend him!

We worked with Matthew on a rental property and he was really wonderful to work with. He was always prompt in getting back to us when we had a question about anything. He was also very patient with us. We struggled a bit with determining specific areas to look and no matter what, Matthew was always willing to help us. He stuck with us and worked with us all the way through. He was also very knowledgeable with the areas we dealt with and gave us great feedback. He is very professional and easy to work with. Matt is such a pleasure to work with. He’s is a straight shooter, honest, and direct. The kind of qualities I look for when looking for a Realtor since there are so many «Sales» type real estate agents. He is never pushy, but al\ways offers great advice. If he didn’t know something, he would make every effort to diligently follow up and follow through to help us get an answer. He is a sincere and genuine guy and would recommend him HIGHLY to anyone looking for a great and caring agent!

We contacted Matthew to look at a house we wanted to lease and when it didn’t work out at the first one he was there for us. He kept in close contact in searching for what we wanted when we found one that wasn’t his he still helped us to make an appointment to view the home and followed up after.
