Established in 2014.

Dr. Babiar has been in practice for 16 years. After spending 11 years practicing in Illinois, he relocated to California where he has been in practice for over 5 years. After giving it a lot of consideration, he decided to open his own practice here in Irvine. We are very exited about Babiar Spine and Health Center and the opportunity to help people in our community.

Dr. Babiar treats patients with the latest in chiropractic treatments. In addition to his degrees in Biology, and Chiropractic he has also studied sports medicine and acupuncture, enabling him to provide uniquely tailored care to address the specific needs of each patient he sees. Through the use of the Pettibon System of chiropractic care, Dr. Babiar is able to not only provide adjustments, but through physical therapy and the use of weight distribution, retrains the muscles to hold your spine in the correct place. This type of care allows a short term treatment providing in long term results.

Dr. Babiar currently resides in Irvine with his wonderful wife and three children. He is excited about treating in the community that he loves. Aside from treating, he is a teacher of Anatomy at the college level. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and working in the yard.

Dr. Babiar is one of the most genuine people I know. He tells you it like he sees it and doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Talking to him never feels like I’m speaking to a used car salesman and that’s really important to me when it concerns my health.
I trust his judgement and more importantly, I trust him as a person.
He’s treated my neck on several occasions, always laughing that I keep going back to those Muay Thai/​BJJ classes that bring me in to see him. I always feel better after seeing him and since I don’t intend to stop training, he’ll have plenty more business from me!

I love going to see Ryan at Babiar Spine and Health Center! I have been known to over do it from time to time and when I do Ryan helps get me feeling right again. I love that he takes the time to hear what’s going on with me! It’s absolutely awesome the full body emphasis that he takes and all the modalities he has at his discretion to help me recover. I feel like a new person when I walk out of the office. And with the exercises he provides I can stabilize my body between visits to the point where I am pain free and healthy. Thanks Ryan for all you do for your patients!

I have been going to Dr. Ryan for about 5 years now. He is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. When I met Dr. ryan, I was a patient of OC Spine and Physical Therapy in San Juan Capistrano. At that time, I was undergoing continuing treatment for my head and neck. When OC Spine closed in San Juan Capistrano, I looked for Dr. Ryan and found him and have been going to his office in Irvine since shortly after he moved there. I live in San Juan Capistrano and travel to his Irvine office — that is how much I believe in his treatment. He is so amazing. He has a great personality and is very caring about all his patients. If you’re looking for the best, give Dr. Ryan a call. He will fix you up!!!

I workout at the gym about 5 days/​week and do a variety of activities that aggravate my lower back. Sometimes the pain would be so bad that I would need to take a week off from the gym and rest — which is frustrating when I’d rather stay active. I told Dr. Babiar about my issues and he immediately had a plan of action!
My experience has been a positive one. After treatment, I have been able to walk out of his office with minimal to no pain remaining. It’s such a relief and I’m able to be back at the gym the next day. No time off needed anymore! I recommended this practice and will continue to be a happy customer.

I’m a huge fan of Dr. Ryan’s! I was referred by a friend after dealing with some neck pain from an accident that occurred years ago. Dr. Ryan’s expertise was evident from the first minute of my first appointment, and I’ve been a loyal patient ever since. The office is conveniently located in Irvine and I never have to wait long to see him. He’s also very personable and likeable! I highly recommend Dr. Ryan!

Dr. Ryan is awesome! He is super personable and makes you feel totally safe during treatments. He has helped with my neck and back pain as well as taken care of my TMJ. No matter what your issue is, he his flexible with setting up a treatment plan that works best for you specifically. i would definitely recommend him especially if you were like me and had never experienced going to a Chiropractor.

«Dr. Ryan» (his last name is Babiar) is my favorite chiropractor of all time (and I have seen many). I met him when I was a patient of OC Spine and Physical Therapy, and his manipulations are gentle, but effective. He has since left OC Spine and has his own practice that is located within the offices of Irvine Chiropractic Offices (in business for 30 years).
Here is what he wrote to all his previous patients, «The doctor that I will be sharing space with has been in practice at this location for 30 years. It is a well established and well run office that I am excited to be a part of. You will find many of the same tools and techniques that I have been utilizing over the past 4 years in San Juan at this new office; such as decompression, warm up exercises, and adjustment tools».
When I received the email, it was just in time for me because I was having a painful episode of sciatica, and I wanted spinal decompression, but my current Chiropractor doesn’t provide this treatment… When I walked into his new location in Irvine, and saw his face, I burst into tears — tears of relief that I was able to get my treatments from someone I know and trust, and has helped me before.
