I been going to Dr. Rawlings office since last year. He has helped me with my migraines. the staff is so nice and he’s the best.

I’ve been going to Dr. Rawlings since July. My Atlas (the topmost) spine bone is out of place. I’ve gotten into two really bad car accidents that left me somewhat debilitated for a short term, they also gave me terrible whiplash and neck pain that I never thought about and learned to ignore. My work had a health fair, and Dr. R sold very low priced packages to get your spine xrayed and checked out. Well I got a reality check about my neck/​spine and that it was on the road toward arthritis if I didn’t do something about it now. So we started seeing each other twice a week at first to try and correct the Atlas as well as my hips and a few other things. Visits are really short, just 15 minutes or so. He works long hours when he is in the office, so it’s easy to fit an appointment into your schedule; I’ve gone very early in the morning to pretty late in the evening. I was initially a bit nervous because I hear chiros can sometimes make things worse, but Dr. R is super gentle and makes many slight adjustments (kanban philosphy). A few months after I was 40% improved and then we started seeing each other once a week. Now I’m at once a month. I overall feel better. It’s helping me sleep better and I don’t get discomfort in my neck and shoulders like before. I honestly didn’t think I had anything wrong with my spine. I was lifting weights, running, doing yoga, and thought for sure my spine was perfect. Little did I know I was doing myself more harm than good.

Dr. Rawlings is the best! The office is clean, modern and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I had suffered with back pain and headaches for years before my daughter (who is a patient of Dr. Rawlings’) convinced me to see a chiropractor. The initial evaluation was thorough and easy and Dr. Rawlings reviewed the results in a way that I could understand my situation and how he could help. I felt relief from the first adjustment (which are quick and easy — in & out in 5 or 10 minutes). After just a few weeks I feel like a new woman! I highly recommend Dr. Rawlings, especially for those who have been hesitant about trying a chiropractor. You will be so glad that you did!

I was referred to Dr. Rawlings a few months ago and though I expected some improvement on my back issues I have to admit I never expected as much improvement in such a short time. My family has been going to see Dr. Rawlings for our chiropractic needs for many years now. My youngest has been adjusted by him since shortly after her birth! I was experiencing headaches every night that would only be helped by three Motrin and two Benedryl. Through Dr. Rawlings help, I rarely need to take medication for headaches. With keeping up with my regular visits, I was back to my pain-​free self, and was able to get back out and enjoy the swimming and golfing that I had missed so much.

Dr. Rawlings is the absolute BEST! I have been a patient for the past 10 years. I currently live in Texas and still get adjusted in CA. He has helped me to find chiropractors in other cities when I moved away, but no one does as good of a job as he does. I no longer have lower back pain and my migraines are almost non-​existent. He is always willing to fit patients in last minute and even comes in on days off for emergencies. Lisa and Tessa are also extremely friendly and always find a space in his schedule to fit us in. My mom, my sister, and my fiancé all go to dr Rawlings. He is the honestly the best.

I did my research with local chiropractors in Southern Orange County looking for the best chiropractor who would not require xrays and who believes strongly in natural health care. Dr. Rawlings was the only highly recommended chiropractor that accepted my insurance so I thought I’d try him. He was recommended from a family in an education group I belonged to. I honestly did not expect 100% healing. I injured my lower, right back 2 months ago and had been seeing another chiropractor, which was not working. Not only did Dr. Rawlings recognize the issue (unlike the other chiropractor who couldn’t recognize it because I wouldn’t allow xrays) but within a very short period of time did his adjustments WORK! I now feel no pain in any situation. I was so pleased that I had him check my kids out and am so glad I did. One of them has a concerned area at the base of his brain stem, which is quickly getting resolved, but would not be good if left alone. Dr. Rawlings is not only a talented chiropractor, but he takes the time to talk to you and your children with much care. He is excellent with kids! His wife Tessa works there, as well as Lisa, who are both so personable. What a blessing it has been to find this place.

I can’t say enough about Dr Rawlings and his amazing staff. He has been my chiropractor for many years. I came to him because I literally was in so much pain that I could hardly walk when I came to see him. I had been in a snow tube accident and been hit in the head a few years earlier and over time it had caused a severe pinched nerve and other things — literally after a week I was able to walk freely without any pan. I would recommend him — HIGHLY!!!

Four or five years ago, I was suffering from extreme headaches 4 – 5 times a week. I didn’t really even realize how the headaches were produced and just felt that is was perhaps too much stress. I also had some other health issues, which I now know can be the result from the spine being out of place. When I first heard about Dr. Rawlings, I figured it could not hurt to go see what he said. At first, I wasn’t sure that I wanted to spend the time he suggested (as I live about 15 miles from his location.) However, the X-​rays revealed that I really needed some realignments so that my neck was in the right location. Initially, I saw him 2 – 3 times a week but after a few weeks and then the months that followed, I realized the truth to what he was telling me. After a few visits, my headaches subsided. I now go to be adjusted once a month for prevention and wellness. I also know that if I have any back or neck problems, Dr. Rawlings is the only doctor I really trust to give me honest advice and beneficial treatments. I really appreciate that he does more than adjust my spine; he provides helpful information about overall health and wellness. His staff is concerned about you as a person and want to meet any needs you may have. SHOUT out to Lisa and Tess. Also, you can get an appointment with little notice, if you really need to. They work to fit you in when you can be there.

If you need a Chiropractor, Dr. Rawlings is the doctor for you! My lower back has greatly improved since I started seeing him last year. The entire staff is friendly… I can’t recommend him enough.
