The staff really makes this place shine. The prices don’t hurt, either. :)

Husband and I wanted to pick up some snow boarding stuff. It was our first time there. Customer service was excellent. They are extremely nice and helpful. Awesome prices. This place was clean and well organized. Not like one of those outlets with plastic bins. Great selections for snow boarding jackets and pants. We will be back soon!

Their wetsuits are not for real, it is just fashion, they don’t stand behind their product. If you care just about brands I guess it is ok, if you care about performance go somewhere else. I should have known better. I hope you can learn from my mistake.

Great place to shop if you are looking for a great deal. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and great customer service! They not only have Billabong, they also have Von Zipper, RCVA, Element, and some Nixon and Dakine. This store is available by appointment only! Their men’s selection is a bit better than the women’s but it is a hit or miss. I either get a ton of stuff for me or a ton of stuff for my husband. No complaints here though since the prices are so much lower. I never leave without something so all smiles on my end.

Kinda disappointed with how Billabong clothes hold up. I purchased a lot of clothes at this location and had zippers on hoodies come a part and just got a huge hole in my shorts sliding out of my car. I think they are slipping on quality.

I do enjoy online shopping as well as in store, but I did find a few items online I just absolutely had to get. I called them and«Allison» was just as sweet as pie. I had a few questions in regards to what I was ordering not only did she take the time to go digging for it in the warehouse(which happen to be the last one) but she took it upon herself to give it to the guys in the back(to be easier to pull for shipment). She explained everything clearly and was so friendly. I really appreciate the time she spent making sure everything was to my satisfaction, I received it next day. I’ve worked in Customer Service for years and it’s nice to be taken care of not as «another customer» but as someone who is choosing their business. She made it happen. It makes me want to work for a company who trains there team to value its business. Be sure to ask for her if you need help. Thanks Allison.

Billabong has got THEWORST customer service of any clothing brand! About a year ago I ordered a fanny pack from their online store. When the fanny pack came, it was completely different than the one I ordered online(different colors, different style, etc). So I emailed Billabong that they sent me the wrong fanny pack and I asked how to go about exchanging them. I didn’t hear back from them. So after several follow up emails and voicemails(they NEVER answer their phone during business hours so you are forced to leave voicemails that you NEVER hear back from), I was finally emailed the return mail slip without any sort of resolution or acknowledgment of my concerns. I had no idea if they were going to send me the correct fanny pack that I had originally ordered, or if they were out of stock. So another couple months go by, still no word, and I my credit card still has not been reimbursed! I called and emailed Billabong several more times, but they NEVERONCE got back to me or picked up their phone. Three months after I mailed their product back, my credit card was reimbursed. A couple months ago I felt that I’d give Billabong another try. I ordered a pair of grey sweatpants with a «Bob Marley» themed waistband. They sent me a pair of plain black sweatpants, not what I ordered. And now I’m back in the same boat where they won’t return my emails or my phone calls. I will never order clothes from Billabong again! Their customer service is nonexistent!!!

Really disappointed in the lack of response by Billabong’s online team. My boys were given gift cards for Christmas. The cards don’t work online even though we’ve verified balance on Billabong’s automated line(which doesn’t ever connect to a human being by the way!) My son drove to a retailer listed on their website and they wouldn’t accept the gift card… I left an email via their contact info on the website and it was never returned. I just tried calling their headquarters during«business hours» and no one answers. I have to leave a message… Anyone want to take bets on whether I get a prompt response or no response at all? I guess they got their money on the gift cards, so why bother right? DONOTBUYTHEIRGIFTCARDS!!!
