Amazing Lash Studio

I am addicted to this place! I have been a member since October (originally just went in to get lashes for Halloween), but after seeing how beautiful my lashes turned out I signed up.
The managers go out of their way to make sure you always have a good experience and the stylists are amazing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes! Forever a loyal client (with gorgeous lashes ;D)!

I just love this studio. Very classy. All of the staff is nice and professional. My lashes are amazing. I just love them and I am a happy customer.

THE WORST PLACE THEY MADE ME COME IN AT 5pm & the stylist was 30 minutes late she made me wait three hours in the room!!! one eye has more eyelashes has more eyelashes it’s ridiculous!!! I it was ridiculous she kept poking my eyes she kept hitting my head it was the worst service in my life and the manager over there David won’t even give me a redo

First let me start off by saying how impressed I am with how friendly, professional, and polite their entire staff is! Even before my appointment I received a reminder text, how cool is that? I really did appreciate how convenient it was since my schedule is so hectic, I’m surprised I find time to eat. Since this was my first time getting my lashes done, Heidi gave me a lot of tips for prepping before and after my session. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. David their manager was so sweet, he made sure to check on me before, during, and after my session. You can tell how passionate and involved he is, he is definitely the reason why I would go back!
Let’s talk about their décor and where can I get it? As I was filling out my paper work I couldn’t stop myself from looking at everything. Their décor is very modern, clean, and chic.
My session was very smooth, Courtney did my lashes. She was so patient with me since I kept asking her every question possible. I have long lashes so I was scared my extensions would look like odd bushes. I went from 11 mm to 14 mm and my style is gorgeous. For being dramatic they look very natural and fit my face, she did such an amazing job!!! I literally get stopped and asked about them every single day. I do wear a lot of makeup but since I’ve had my extensions I’ve had so much confidence that I can say goodbye to my eyeshadows.
Would I recommend this location? Yes! However I would suggest to book ASAP, they were busy when I got there, which means they know how to run a great business.

Came in cause I wanted to cut down the time it takes for me to get ready. Now I am addicted! I had Maggie and she was quick and did a GREAT job. I love my lashes and got their membership because of her!

The application itself isn’t too bad but the lashes are very thick and cheap feeling. It’s almost like plastic rather then hair. I would not recommend.

I have been going to this salon for about 2 months now & have zero complaints. The very first time was with Julie and she did an amazing job. Due to her extremely booked schedule, I have been going to Gigi who has also done an amazing job! They listen to exactly what you want and try to match it based on what they think will look the best. They get it right every single time. The girls are super personable and my hour service feels like 20 min due to the fact they are so friendly!

I’m AMENDING my review.
I’ve been a member for a few months and had my lashes done by Lexy at least 3 times. My lashes were extremely thin and short. After a detailed consult I decided to try the mink extensions. These cost about 50% more than the standard but My lashes looked great. I had them done several years ago with synthetic lashes and they were hard on my real lashes but the minks are delicate and didn’t cause as much damage.
Be aware it’s a slow and tedious process. The initial application of a full set can take 2 – 3 hours.
Recently I’ve been traveling a bit so I had my account frozen. After not doing the fake lashes for awhile I’ve decided to give them a permanent break so I called Amazing las studios to cancel my membership. The initial process to cancel was frustrating at best because you have to speak to the manager and he’s usually on another call. Also, you have to cancel 30 days in advance, keep this in mind.

I finally spoke to him today. He did apologize for the inconvenience and he kindly cancelled my membership for me. I appreciate the customer service.
I will no doubt have false lashes applied again and I’ll remember the good customer service I received this time.

The location is very beautiful. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions ever and I am very happy with them. The whole process start to finish was about 2.5 hours which is a little longer than the 45 min– 2 hours they say but I’m not mad about it because Karina really put a lot of care and effort into my lashes and didn’t rush me out. Overall I am a happy client :)

I had Courtney cancel my appointment because of sick days 2 times over the course of 2 months and so I finally tried Ayumi. That’s when I realized each of the eyelash girls have their own style and way of doing lashes. She does a really great job and to add is really efficient. My lashes stay and I totally recommend her. I am going to be sticking with her.
It’s way worth it with purchasing the gift cards anytime they have specials with bonus amounts.

I love my lashes and Julie is the best! My lashes look amazing. The entire staff at Amazing Lash is friendly and welcoming. I signed up to be a member and love the additional benefits of being a member.

I’ve been a member here for almost a year now, so I’m grandfathered in at the low rate that I first signed up with. So, in my case, they have the lowest prices I’ve seen all around Orange County. Most importantly, I always come out of here with the fullest lashes. Their staff is also always very courteous and accommodating. With all that said, I don’t see myself getting my lashes done anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Maggie does an amazing job and David, the manager, is very helpful. The front desk staff is very nice as well.
Some of the girls don’t do that great of a job and the HB location does a lot better.

I went here to get eyelash extensions for my wedding and they assigned me with Lily. She did a great job and knew exactly what I wanted and explained the process and how they glue the lashes on. I loved how they turned out. I went a little conservative because I wasn’t sure how it would look. I used to go to another place that was cheaper about a year ago but my eyelashes fell out so I took a break cuz I was scared. I’m thinking to go back to go a little bolder. All in all they did a great job and I would go back again! Thank you

I found this salon through an ad on Unilocal or Facebook 2 days ago. Can’t remember where. It started out good. made the appt with a nice girl over the phone. 25 hours prior to my appt, David called me to confirm my appt. I thought that was nice, like they give you a last chance before their cancelation fee period.
And then this happened.
Super annoyed. Was totally looking forward to trying this place out for the first time. My lash girl moved to San diego :(
So I scheduled an appointment for today with courtney for 1045am, but they wanted me in at 1030 to fill out paper work. I was in church till 10:24 (thankfully church is close by) and so I rushed out of there so I won’t be late to this appointment (Sorry Jesus). I walked into the salon, the front desk receptionist said, «do u have an appointment? » in my head I’m thinking, well hello to you too. «yes. With courtney.» «Oh… I think my manager called you. And I don’t know what he said though. Have you checked your voicemail?» «No. I came straight here. «
Tip #1: it’s probably a good idea to fill your receptionist in on what’s going on so they don’t look like a fool in front of a customer and can get straight to the point.
I listen to the voicemail. David the manager was polite about it but basically said Courtney called off of work. I’m praying everything is ok and it wasn’t life or death situation. But this kinda blows, because the only day I had was TODAY. Amazing Lash was my last resort to begin with and I have to be in Washington DC by Tuesday. David offered me 50% off my next visit… which. is useless at this point.
So. Yeah. Thanks. –_​_​_​_​_​– super disappointed but whatevers, what else can we do but to move on. Have a plan B handy I guess.

Absolutely beautiful. The décor is classy and stunning, and they have a lovely white and pink theme going on. It’s comfy yet still elegant. The bathroom is even nice!
[STAFF]
They’re usually very nice and patient with you, but there have been a couple instances where they’re unnecessarily rude especially over the phone. The girls doing your eyelashes are very sweet though.
[EYELASHES]
My lashes always turn out beautiful! I have no problem at all communicating what kind of look I want. I never 100% achieve the lashes I want all the time, but it’s no big deal because they’re still lovely anyway. It’s also very convenient that they have 4 different styles to choose from and mix and match as well.

Please do not go here if you love your eyes! This place received a star only because the women and facility itself were nice. It has been 24 hours since my application and my lower lids are still in pain (from the tape) and the bottom part of my eyes are still extremely blood shot. I’ve done lashes once before with another woman off of groupon (I wish I could remember her name she did amazing!) I’m just hoping my eyes heal before my vacation. I’m so disappointed this place has such good reviews and a friend also referred me.
Thank you for your phone call. I was on vacation. The redness and irritation was not from the tape it was actually glue that got into both of my eyes. The irritation and redness lasted for 5 days.

I’ll be the first to admit that I will rarely leave the house sans makeup. Amazing Lash Studio has changed that quite dramatically for me. Having lash extensions has not only cut my makeup time out by more than half, but has allowed me to leave the house with no make up at all! Ok, so my skin’s still a little uneven… who cares!
I had originally booked my appointment for Lynn, however, Gigi ended up being my girl instead. I am so glad that I got Gigi! (Fun Fact: For those of you who loved Gigi at the Bella Terra ALS, she’s now here in Irvine!)
Gigi was very sweet and took her time while applying my lashes. She was super professional, yet was able to help me relax during my first session. After the extensions were done, she gave me some advice on how to have the lashes last longer.
Here’s some information that I wish I knew coming in.
1. Come in with no makeup.
2. Membership is $ 59.99, charged monthly. With the membership, your refills (if you choose to go with the regular synthetic) is already paid for. If you want any special lashes, it will cost you extra, but still cheaper than if you did not have a membership. This means that the credit from your membership dues are applied to your next lash service.
3. Mink lashes — These lashes are thinner and finer than your synthetic lashes. They work great for people with super thin lashes and give you a very natural look. The downfall is that they are thinner and take a little longer than synthetic. In my opinion, they also don’t hold as well as synthetic. My first full set were mink… I personally like the synthetic lashes much better. Both lashes have and hold great curl. Bye bye lash curler!
4. Lash extensions are HIGH MAINTENANCE. I’ve had to change the way I wash my face. Be prepared to make certain changes in your daily routine to ensure longevity of your lashes. Avoid getting your lashes soaked, fan (or blowdry, on cool) your lashes dry, brush your lashes… but the results are still worth it.
5. The glue can slightly irritate your eyes during the procedure. This is normal and goes away within the minute.
Over all, I love Amazing Lash Studio and absolutely ADORE Gigi!

I’ve been coming here regularly since early April 2015. Had to give them a fair chance before posting my review.
First things first, if you sign up for the membership make sure you keep tabs on all of your visits & make sure you understand their policy. They charge monthly, and each visit they will apply the credit to your service.
I’m not a newbie when it comes to lash extensions. So when my other girl got flaky I had to find something else since I needed to get them done for Vegas. Kept seeing this place get awesome reviews; so why not give it a shot. It’s close to home and prices seemed fair. I liked the fact that the shop seemed very chic, clean, and that everyone gets a private room.
At my first visit I was very pleased with the whole experience. My lashes came out bomb! The room was clean, with relaxing music in the background. They offer you water and a blanket if you get cold. My go-​to is Lynn. She’s got skills for days. She manages to get lash placement on every.single.lash!!! She’s amazing. My lashes never looked fuller and fluffier ;-)
Gotta give a shout out to Sabrina at the front desk. She’s got it down & I was very happy with how she explained the services and the membership to me.
They have a variety of lengths and also have mink. Minks are lighter and are for a more natural look. The mink works well for people who have thin lashes such as muah… But you can select from three different types: Sexy, Cute, or Gorgeous. I usually ask for a combo of the Sexy & Gorgeous ;) Your tech will consult and help you decide if you’re a first timer.
Overall I’m super happy with my services here. I use it as an escape. May sound weird, but this is my 1 hour momma time to relax!
