Great store and staff!!!
I love all the sales and quality of clothing. Such a great variety! Modest to sexy, flats to sky high heels.
Recently, I bought shoes online in the wrong size. I went to the store and returned them. The associate asked if something was wrong and I simply said, «They are too big. I have a hard time finding a size 5.5! «the sales associate directed me to the online store and helped me find the shoes I bought in exchange for the size I needed. She showed me in the store and still continued to return for full purchase. Everyone is so nice. The manager or assistant manager was on the floor and stopped to ask me how my service was. I looooooove this store. Keep up the good work!

At 26, I’m really getting too old for Charlotte Russe, which is self-​described as «designed for the teen to early twenties customer.» Most of their clothes are too teeny-​bopper for me, but if you’re willing to search and sift, you can sometimes find some cute things that are mid-​20s appropriate. Generally, the stuff isn’t very well-​made – it is pretty cheap, after all – but then, they’re not exactly going for timeless, classic pieces, either. It’s trendy, inexpensive clothing that’s meant to last through one season.
I especially like to come here for «clubbing» shoes. Sure, they’re cheap, and they look it. And they hurt. But it’s a good place to pick up those neon purple five-​inch heels that you know you’ll only wear once, but want so badly. You can probably get them for around $ 20 here.
Probably my biggest complaint with Charlotte Russe is the same complaint I have with most of these stores – the lingerie section is absurd. I’ve found some seriously racy stuff in here, and if I can barely fit into a large (which I am not by any stretch of the imagination), it kind of begs the question: who the hell is wearing the S and XS?! Children? Grrrrr.
Anyway, I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service at Charlotte, although it is a little awkward that almost everyone who works here is about ten years younger than me.
