I am usually intimidated in makeup stores. She was attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. I was there for skin care purchases (acne and dark spots). I will be back for makeup next. I am. done with the MAC store in Castleton thanks to Sheriann and Sephora.

EVERYONE please steer clear of the Jewelry department and a worker named William!
My wife and I decided to purchase our wedding rings through you and it has been nothing short of a mistake, when she got her engagement ring a month later 2 stones were missing. She has a desk job! How does that even happen?
When we were looking for my tungsten band we got sized in store a 14, it arrived I tried it on and it was HUGE. We then proceeded to go back in store where a worker William assisted and stated he would send it back to get resized to a 13.5 A couple days later we get a call for it to be picked up, it was the SAME EXACT SIZE. They literally did nothing to it except leaving a note stating Tungsten cannot be resized. At this point, I’m fuming. how do your employees not know anything about the rings they are selling?
We take it in and this time make sure someone other than William is working, since he knows nothing and tells us how excited he is that he put his 2 weeks in and can’t wait to leave JCP. which is completely unprofessional. So we go in and Debbie helps us and she is great, seems to know what she’s talking about and is really helpful. We size my finger and try the 13.5 to make sure and then the 13 but that gets stuck — so we end up exchanging the size 14 ring for a 13.5.
Four days later we go and pick up the new 13.5 and it is still TOO BIG, I told my wife we need to ask for a complete refund because this is just insane at this point. I went home got online and come to find out Tungsten rings run big and no matter what sizer you have in store it’s never going to fit exactly like the tungsten ring would. To which I say again, how does a Jewelry department not know these things? I am so frustrated with your store and this whole process, every time we go in — they never have our care plan. Even though EVERYTIME we go in I have to give the employee all of our information again. It’s the most inefficient and time consuming trip I take. I have absolutely no desire to ever purchase anything from your Jewelry department again and have warned everyone what a hassle it has been, I would completely refund both of our wedding sets if my wife would agree to it. I still to this day have not been able to wear my wedding ring and we’ve been married for 2 weeks.
Safe yourself the time, just because it’s a lower price than the big Jewelers doesn’t always mean it’s the better price!

Great deals. Super friendly staff. There were several good brands in here for great discounted prices. I even got an additional fathers day $ 10 off discount on my total purchase. Great Store. Thumbs up!

I ended up purchasing a sweater on my visit today. The selections of jeans were lacking, however, there were quite a few sweaters from which to choose. The store was fairly clean, but what I didn’t care for was the lack of cash registers open, which resulted in long lines at the checkout. I went to the second level and found a checkout that was not as crowded as the one on the main level, however, in a store this size more checkouts should be open. Thus, the lack of jeans variety, as well as the lack of available checkouts is the reason for my three star rating.

I had a hair cut in the salon at this store and it was terrible. The girl didn’t know what she was doing, she took 25 mins to show me that she’d done nothing and I asked her to cut my hair the way I asked. She then spent another 25 mins doing a very poor job, she cut my hair lopsided, apparently I’m not good enough to wet or wash my hair, she didn’t make an effort to tidy up around the edges and after an hour of dealing with this I left.
I’m never going back. I’d recommend you don’t bother either.

Super friendly sales associate today at JCP in the mall. I didn’t have much to buy and I didn’t have any coupons. She told me to usr my phone ans look up
. I was able to save 15% off my purchase because she was kind enough to tell me about the site. And she waited for it to load.

Nothing good here, huge space but semi empty place. The staff are only useless here.
Get ready to have long check out times due to the complexity of the registers and check out system. Expect even longer time if returning an item.
Clothes quality are way less than Kohl’s or Macy’s

Opened an account in May and ordered shoes, was told they would be at the store June 7 and they would call me. June 8, I called them. No shoes and was told the order was canceled. I reordered and was told they would they would be in June 26. No call so on July 1 I called and was told the shoes would not be in until July 24. The place is run bad so I’m canceling my new card already. The place is run BAD,
I had to at least get a 1 star on here but think that’s too high. Shop another store!

Two of my bridesmaids and I recently went to salon here to have our hair down for my wedding. We had our hair done by Desiree and she was amazing. None of us really new what we wanted. She was so kind and took the time to really work with us so we all ended up with a style we liked. We all looked amazing! I will be returning to her for future hair needs.

I was able to order a beautiful crib and mattress for an excellent price and didn’t have to pay shipping to have it delivered to my daughters house. On top of that, I found the same baby blanket she had as a child (and unfortunately still has in tatters) to buy for my new Grandson!
