I love this place! They treat our pitbull and two shih-​tzus like royalty! I love that they all remember my dogs by name and love them up when we come in. The prices are super affordable and the staff are fantastic animal people! My boys get so excited when we pull up out front and when I go to pick them up they don’t wanna leave! I have an older ship-​tzu who is grumpy and has one eye and he has a tendency to snip at groomers. At IB they just roll with it and are aware and make him comfy so he’s relaxed. Great people!

I regularly take my Alaskan Malamute to IB grooming — a least once a month. Nicole and her brother are great with him (and he can be a challenge, especially with is feet). More importantly, he loves them!!!

I brought my babies here after a Sunday filled with beach fun. I did the do it yourself do wash. Which was great. Easy to use, clean shampoo was great. Dogs loved it. My only problem is that the two people working their that morning were so unfriendly and not welcoming at all. The lady just stated at like and the guy who was grooming a dog never bother to even look up to see who came in.

Been coming here every other month for the past 5 years. Nicole does a super job! She usually gets Max in & out in 2 hours or less. If you’re tired of your groomer taking 4 or 5 hours on your dog give her a try!

I brought my dog here for the first time to be groomed. Lets just say she got a good bath. I couldn’t even tell she was trimmed. She smelled great dn was super white but she was not groomed. It’s been one week and she looks awful and I just need to bring her to get groomed somewhere else. Very disapointed and wont take her back.

Brought my American Eskimo there this is the three time. Each time hoping they would do like I was expecting I guess i will have to take pictures .So this time waited until i get there (which was nice) and needed some more trimmed. I said little more off. and this is what he did almost shaved him to his skin, so disappointed. Looks like he has something wrong with his skin look a baboon butt.

The staff are friendly and the price are FANTASTIC!!!
I have a chocolate lab who was adopted from the SD Humane Society, so when my dog saw where we were, she flipped out! Nicole was able to calm my dog down and work with her. I was worried they wouldn’t do a well enough service on a paranoid dog. BUT when it was time to pick my dog up, she was happy & trotting around!!! And the best part is, since chocolate lab don’t need anything special cuts or maintaining, her bath which INCLUDES a flea dip was $ 25!!!
And we get compliments where ever we go…

This was my first time going to IB Groomin and I had a great experience. I walked in with no appointment on a Wednesday afternoon and they could take my dog immediately. I told them my dog Maya has dry skin and the girl said that they have an aloe and oatmeal soap that would be perfect for Maya. They called me in about 40 minutes and said Maya was ready to be picked up. When I got there Maya seemed very happy and the girl said that she even filed my dog’s nails and it only cost me $ 30. IB Groomin has fast, friendly service and good prices. They also have self service dog washing stations, I might try that next time.

I took my Yorkie puppy here for his first grooming back in March. I asked for the puppy cut and they told me they could do it. When I went to pick him up I was so disappointed. They had practically shaved him leaving the hair on his face almost twice as long as his body. Love my puppy but he looked hideous, I couldn’t wait for his hair to grow back. Not ever going back there.

This was our first time at IB Groomin and I was a little nervous since I like my shihtzu/​Maltese cut a certain way and groomers usually mess his cut up the first time they see him. But I showed the man a pic of how I wanted it and he did exactly that. I picked up my Oreo and he was nice and clean and his cut was perfect. We just moved here so it looks like we Found our new groomer!

Really disappointed. I just spent $ 60 bucks to get my dogs bathed. One got her nails trimmed other nothing. Had to ask and remind to express glands. I have pugs so how challenging of a groom can it be?
I love supporting local business and have been visiting this groomer for 2 years.
Note to self: … Time to find a new groomer.

We took our dog there for the first time last week for a wash, teeth cleaning and anal gland express. The bath was done correctly but his ears were still dirty. When we got home his teeth still had build up on them and he has been squirting like he never got his glands expressed. Usually we get a couple weeks of smell free dog after his glands are expressed. Not going back. My wife says they were really nice but my house reeks now.

I am going to get right down to it. The man who helped me was very nice. He cut Comets nails with ease. I was surprised how easy he made it look.
downside was when I walked in, it was pretty intimidating. I felt as if i was walking in to a members only club. No one said anything to be just went about what they were doing so for a few minutes I had to just do my own thing and look around until some one could help.
I do like that they let the owners clean their own dogs. I wouldn’t mind getting in on that action and give my bathroom a break from the storm that is Comet.

Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE ! We have taken our Bichon to IB Grooming for years now its the best place to go. With amazing customer service, appointments are easy to book ahead of time. Staff is always nice and friendly, they call if something happens or if they have any questions. I have been going to IB Grooming for years now and I’ve taken different breeds of dogs that I have had before, never any problems. I recommend this place to all my friends.

I’ve been to this place twice and I loved it. The employees very nice. Always had empty tubs. Tubs were a bit old, but that’s okay because prices were inexpensive. I recommend this place for inexpensive self dog washes.

This place is so unprofessional i WAS TAKING black lab here for about a year the nice lady with short hair and the man who works there always took care of my dog. HOWEVER I happened to go in I guess on their off days and the «OWNER» was there WITH HER DAUGHTER BIKE AND ALL. I didn’t even get a chance to come through dog gate she (the owner) ran to the dog gate and proceeded to tell me and I quote «we can’t take your dog SHE BARKS» what dog doesn’t ! I tried to explain to her she has anxiety problems but she was not having it. she was very RUDE and clearly does not know how to provide OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CRAP HOLE. The two Groomers should find work else where and leave before this ship goes DOWN!

FANTASTIC staff! I have two boxers, and one is very nervous and shy. Susie took care of them the first time I came in. So helpful and caring! My Gemma was in love by the end of the visit. Louis took care of them the second time I came in and they now look forward to their monthly grooming sessions.
I don’t understand how the previous commentator’s dog escaped. They are crated while waiting and there is a large gate at the entrance of the shop to keep all dogs in. I highly recommend IB groomin!

NOT going back.
The last time I took my Bichon there, she managed to get out of the gate and run across the parking lot. She can be a ninja like that, but I was very disappointed that the staff didn’t try to make up for the situation. The guy working there straight up told me «your dog just almost got run over by a car!!» I didn’t waste my time screaming and yelling – though I probably should have – I just won’t ever go back.
