Always love coming in here and so does my pup Otis! He’s always welcomed by scratches and belly rubs. Staff is super knowledgable, and I LOVE their selection of pre-​made raw foods. They’ve got all the treats, toys, food, and grooming supplies you could imagine.
Will definitely continue to visit here for all my puppy’s needs! And highly recommended.

It is no wonder they have straight 5 stars. Been coming here for over 7 years and it just occurred to me to review them love the staff and products — it’s really about quality food and supplies for pets. Staff totally honest with deep knowledge of what they sell.
Low turn over– some of the staff been here I think 5 plus years — that says a lot for a local retail business.
A business and sound great product is dead without people. People in the customer facing side and behind makes the things happen. You’ve been in business this long and even expanded to Chula Vista! (Off 805/​telegraph folks — spread the word to your friends/​family in CV!!)

I come here to get my cats needs, food, litter, toys, etc. they don’t have the variety that petco has or a rewards program, but I like supporting local business and the customer service is great. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted and welcomed. Almost every employee asked if I needed help finding anything (not in an annoying way). I definitely recommend IB pet :)

IB Pets was recommended to us, we just moved here from Seattle. This is a great store with great staff. The staff really know their products, especially Chris, who spent so much time with me trying to transition my senior dogs to a better food. Catalina, one of the manager takes pride in her work and it shows. Just met the owner, a family run business, also serves to protest our country.
The store rescued the cutes black cat that was just left at their front door.

Awesome pet store. Hadn’t been by in quite some time and didn’t realize how much they’ve grown. Super well stocked store and the knowledge of the staff was incredible. The customer service was the best of any pet store I’ve ever been in. Purchase some doggy treats, dog shampoo and cat food. I’ll be back for sure.

IB Pet has the best selection of wholistic pet foods and treats. They even deliver for free with a minimum purchase. Some of my favorite products are Nulo (which I can’t find any where else), Lucky Pup Frozen Treats & their great selection of toys!

This is not the first time in this store. Every time we have gone in we are always greeted.
Today was no different. A young lady named Catalina assisted us today (and yesterdy as well) and was very knowledgeable and took the extra step to help us. Thank you Catalina for your professionalism in assisting us with our cat’s problem. She is eating again and is on the road to recovery. We are grateful for your help. Thank you again. The stores customer service is fantastic.

Nice little pet store. Great selection of natural, holistic and raw pet foods. Most of the stuff there seemed pretty good quality, including items and toys for dogs and cats. I receive emails from them that mention their deals and sale items. Nice friendly staff, most of which seemed pretty knowledgeable. Check them out!

I’m not sure where to even start! My fiancé and I came here to purchase the 5 in 1 shots for our pup. At first we were a bit frustrated because they didn’t have the knowledge about the shots but understanding because the managers are the ones who deal with the shots. After getting it all straighten out Brian was extremely helpful! Brian went above and beyond. He may have not been knowledgeable about the shots but he knew everything there was to know about things in the store! He told us everything we needed to know about the food we were feeding our pup to how and when to transition her food. He gave us awesome tips on training, feeding and even the toys to give her! This is now our go to place! I highly recommend it! They also have awesome price matching! This place is huge and have everything you need! Debbie was very friendly and helpful as well!

Great local pet store. They have good workshop once in a while (you get a lots of free samples!) and employees are knowledgeable and helpful.
I don’t know why but some stuff is cheaper than other bigger store as regular price. They also have 5% military discount.

I LOVE IB Pet! The staff is so friendly and they have the greatest treats that my dog absolutely loves! I have gone there many times looking for something specific and the staff was able to help me find just what I needed. Prices are reasonable and I’m happy to support a local business!

This is me and my boyfriends go to pet store every time. The employees are awesome, there is a great selection of healthy dog food (dry + wet) as well as a dog bone bar and everything else you could ever need for your pets.

Very good store, clean and great for pets. Staff is knowledgeable and very quick to help. These guys leave P-​CO and P-​Mart in the dust, and they’re LOCAL! Keep it up.

This place is AMAZING! I will never go to another pet store as long as I help help it.
The staff & owners are great, friendly, & knowledgable.
They always ask if you need help & what I love most if their knowledge of the stuff they sale & of dogs.
They are never pushy & when I am not sure if my dog will like what I’m buying they always let me know I can bring it back.
I love that they carry all USA made products!
Their selection of treats are awesome! They carry tons of fresh raw foods for your pets as well. I buy Noelani the bone marrow bones, it is her favorite!

This is the place to get your Pet needs. They carry a Ton of items and FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $ 48. Sold me right there. Go to their Website, Order then the next thing you know items at your door. This Business is Family Owned and they care about you and your pets. Really, they know the product and want your business so give it to them. Any questions I have they know the answers not just what the package says. People who know what they are selling is a lost art. And they have all the Raw Pet Foods here. Look, you can get raw goat milk, Delivered. This place is the Standard all Pet Shops should be striving for. Service, Quality and Knowledge to give your Pets what they need, Love.

I have two pugs that are allergic to everything but I have found the Raw food diet to be amazing. They have several brands of raw food to choose from and a staff that knows what to recommend.
Toys, crates, dog food, bark collars, bones, you name it they have it. Highly recommend this local shop!

I like it in here a lot. I brought my dog in to check it out and there is a lot of great things in there. I had some questions that the women working had not problem answering and I ended up spending a pretty penny in there.
It is a great neighborhood pet store and you can tell they have only the best. I am for sure coming back here for all my doggies needs.
