The service I received from Juan Gutierrez was top notch best of the best. Nick Alexander gave me the red carpet treatment thru the whole repair process. Only to be topped off with my car looking better than the day I bought it. Never have I been blown away by such great customer service and the finished product. Sounds strange to say, but this shop will actually make you happy you got in an accident in the first place. Thank you Nick Alexander. I’m a happy camper.

My 2011 MINI Cooper JCW had what appeared as a minor ding after someone ‘bumped’ into my car while it was parked. My insurance company (Mercury) and MINI worked together seamlessly and left me with little to do. Manuel at MINI was great! He helped me tremendously. They have (if I remember correctly) a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car of their workmanship. So when I went to pick up my car I noticed a small scratch in the paint on the new bumper. I told Manual and he said they’d take care of it. When I went to pick it up two days later the paint was fix not just covered up and as a ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ complimentary gesture they replaced my cracked and partially missing weather striping on my windshield (something I was ready to pay for at a repair shop). An unexpected but welcomed surprise.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If I ever need repair work for my MINI I would not hesitate to take my car here!
P. S. The front office door is on Alameda St. which faces the railroad tracks. Park in the 20 min. green parking zone. I drove around the block three times before I found it.

Shop manager Mike was a pleasure to deal with from the moment I was referred to Nick Alexander Collision Center and went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure my BMW was not only restored to it’s original condition, but completed in a SUPER FAST time frame. He even returned my BMW washed and polished!
For those that may not know, Nick Alexander Collision Center is the INTERNAL body shop for Nick Alexander Imports, meaning this shop is NOT a 3^rd party collision repair facility that the dealership outsources the jobs to like most other car dealers, so in return you can be assured the work will be up to BMW standards!
My insurance company was handling the claim and I decided to take my BMW here since I am leasing it from Nick Alexander Imports, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the personal attention and service Mike delivered! Mike was ALWAYS available to speak both day or night while dealing with the insurance claim and never gave me the «run around» like most other body shops have done in the past. In addition Mike completed the job fast and even returned my car before the estimated time frame, and best of all… my BMW looks like it just rolled out of the factory in Munich again! Thank you Mike.

I have a brand new BMW and was hit in the back bumper not too hard, just scratched up the bumper not dent. BMW Santa Monica gave me Brown and Co and he gave me an estimate and was not very nice at all. So I called Nick Alexander because they are one of only a few BMW dealerships that have body work. I texted him pictures and he gave an approximate estimate. He eased my worries, did a great job and picked up my car by tow and delivered back by tow. I found a slight scratch when it was delivered back so he personally came back all the way to Santa Monica to check it out. Turns out the scratch could be polished out and he did that. Nice guy and did a great job. He chose to do blending on my bumper instead of painting the whole thing like my other estimate at Brown in Santa Monica and you have to be good to be able to blend. I like it better because over time you’ll be able to see with the naked eye that the car was painted, hardly so with blending. I would go there again and also recommend them to anyone!

i brought my mini to nick Alexander collision center and it was the best decision i made. everyone here is extremely helpful & have great customer service kartiza the receptionist was very helpful! even with me calling 1,000x to check on my car ! Mike the manager knows so much that it makes you feel safe to leave your car with them. and Juan was just the best! he helped me out so much with my car & he called me just to let me know how my car was doing ! my car was only there for a week & my car looks brand new totally love this place!!!

Brought my BMW to Nick Alexander Collision Center after getting rear-​ended by a texting driver as it was the closest dealership to my home and I wanted to make sure the work was done right and would in no way jeopardize my lease (and because the other driver’s insurance was paying). I could not have been more impressed by the facility (beautiful), service (exceedingly professional) and repair work (my car is as good as new). Juan, in particular, was a pro’s pro.

I took my car here after my first accident (and I have been driving for over a decade!). I have to say… the entire process was made so smooth by Mike, Karitza and George.
Kartiza was very responsive to my numerous emails and Mike was always in touch with me giving me updates on the status of the car /​making me feel comfortable that he would take good care of you.
George even came all the way to my work to swap my rental car! A big plus.

Man the people at Nick Alexander imports are seriously top notch. I’ve made several trips to the parts department for small repairs I’ve that I’ve done my self and every time they have been the most helpful people you could imagine. The collision center at Nick Alexander Imports is no exception. I brought my car to them after a rock storm hit the from of my beloved mini. I took it straight to them. They dealt with my insurance and were able to get me factory glass even though my insurance company was trying to got third party. My car looks like it just rolled of the assembly line. Nice work guys! Special thanks to Manny who helped me through out the entire process and Thomas Martinez how did the body work on my mini and restored its shine. My BMW recently got hit while parked outside and that alone was such a pain because they left no note and I was stuck with calling my insurance and paying a deductible. I decided to bring my car here after reading the reviews they had on great costumer service and boy do they deliver. I walked into the shop on a Monday and Juan took care of me right away was there 10 min tops and he said he gave the repairs about a week. Juan was very informative and called me to update me on things to my surprise he had my car ready by Friday. I was so pleased at the experience here no hassle fast and easy and they do a great job. I would definitely recommend them and if you get lucky maybe Juan can help you out.

The Nick Alexander Collision Center takes ‘service with a smile’ to another level! They took the edge off the unpleasant experience of being involved in a car accident with exceptional customer service and fixing my Mini so well it looked and worked better than before!
Karitza was so welcoming and efficient from my first call to my final pick up. Manny managed the expert repair work and gave me updates throughout the job. He assured me that all the parts used would be Mini Cooper parts — no substitutions. He genuinely wanted me to feel confident that all would go smoothly and the work exceeded my expectations!
Enjoyed a wonderful conversation with the genial manager Mike in their comfortable waiting room. His knowledge of cars and history was quite impressive. When I got home and noticed one of the fog lights had gone out, Manny told me to come back whenever I wanted. They quickly fixed it and another problem which had nothing to do with my original repair. No charge and they washed my car again!
I was struck by how they only seem to employ people who are highly skilled and take pleasure in restoring the cars in their care. I brought my car in on a day the collision center was supposedly closed but Daniel was there fixing a car that he wanted to get back to its owner in pristine condition. He warmly greeted me and made me feel that my cute Mini would be carefully restored.
Mike runs a high caliber shop with a mom and pop sensibility. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and get a professional job done.

Ask for Manny and he will help you out. By far the best customer service. Huby is also great! I trust these guys. Took in my Mini to get some scratches repaired on the paint as well as the rear plastic trim. They did a great job and attended to my needs right away. Awesome.

Excellent shop for mini coopers! I needed a part painted to match my car, and it was done fast and at a good price. They were very helpful and friendly. Juan helped me and he was great. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Nick Alexander Collision Center. I took my car there for repairs after I had an accident. The whole while it was in the shop the managers called me and kept me updated on the progress if my vehicle. It was ready when they said it would be ready! When I went to pick the car up it looked perfect, was detailed and smelling good inside! All the workers were friendly and pleasant. The waiting area was welcoming and everything was clean. I would definitely go back to them to get work done on my BMW and no where else!!!

I took my mini cooper here to get repaired after an accident. I felt really comfortable with it being a certified collision center. Manny and Mike were both so so helpful in the process. It was quick & my car looked great! I highly recommend their service.

Got rear-​ended again (¹⁰⁄₁₄) and was trying to leave my car at Harry’s Collision on La Brea as it is near to where I work BUT tried twice and they were just too busy to receive my car even though it was a insurance approved no brainer. they had the paperwork, no need for an appraisal yet they said I would have to be there for 45 min??? that is INSANE — — I could not get to Nick Alexander Collision fast enough. Nick Alexander Collision goes out of their way to accommodate the customer and they do exceptional work and are SO fast. I do not think my car was even there ONE week… after repair — — even the porter cleaned my car as if it was his own… I just could never say enough positive about how every employee at Nick’s is so welcoming and efficient.

I had a great experience at Alexander Collision Center. Normally dealers are not known for there collision centers but these guys are the exception. Mike, the manager spent a lot of time with me on the phone explaining in great detail how they paint their cars, which convinced me that they would do a better job than another place. He guaranteed that I would be happy with the results and said that they would fix anything that I thought wasn’t right.
I showed up and the place is huge. It used to be used for Alexander’s auto collection. It’s also very very clean and organized which gave me more confidence things would be ok. My car is a 4 year old m3 with only 9k miles and virtually no dings. I just wanted it back the way it was. The reason I was there in the first place was to fix scratches in the bumper that Alexander Service caused changing my oil — they don’t get 5 stars.
Mike told me that the bumpers in m3’s have a slightly different color than the rest of the car due to different paint used that isn’t baked, so the bumpers don’t melt. I chose to go with the slightly different shade same as the factory. They had the exact code and checked it with a meter to get a perfectly «imperfect» match.
For what I needed I was very happy with the results. I haven’t taken him up on it but Mike offered to wax the bumper if I bring it back after 2 weeks. He’s a great guy.
