STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The owner Ramin is a jerk who offers the absolute worst customer service and is extremely violent and obscene. If I could rate this business 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service ever!
I went in for a tail light for my vehicle and when I called ahead of time he quoted $ 90. When I showed up and his assistant showed me the tail light piece in the back (his assistant was very nice, by the way), I came back to the front desk and politely asked him for the price again, at which point the owner got very upset and started cursing and ranting that he already told me $ 90. I simply stated that I found something online for a lot cheaper, I’m unemployed, and was simply wondering if I could get it for a bit cheaper. He said I can check out online for a company in China that sells it for $ 15, and I asked him if that’s how he offers customer service.
He got very upset and yelled at me to get the f*@k out of his store, and I said I wouldn’t leave until he offers some respectful customer service. He got up, came out, and literally tried to shove me out of his place, cursing out and telling me to go the f*@k back to Nigeria (and I’m not even from Nigeria). I called the cops and, though there wasn’t much he could do, he also concurred that this business owner is a jerk and offers terrible customer service.
I have never experienced such terrible customer service and obviously this guy thinks he can talk and treat people like garbage on the mere basis that his interior office looks nice, not realizing that without customers that make his business flourish he would be absolutely nothing. If you value your money and have some integrity, do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else where they will treat you like an actual human being.

bad customer service, horrible inventory list, trying to spend money and apparently they do so well they can stand to loose a few customers by cursing and taking comments out of context.
I am a respectful person during business and personal exchange and the rep was/​is having a miserable day to just explode and curse me out. i apologized several times if i was rude with my manager standing next to me on speaker.
my boss called back trying to straighten out the issue and he got cursed out as well. needless to say this severs any ties we had with them even though we had several exchanges prior.
if you ask for Ramin, dont expect much.

I needed a part for my car and the dealership was going to charge $ 1500. I called this place after a Google search and they had the part for $ 400. It was quick, easy, and surprisingly nice inside. Most of all, the part was in great shape and the mechanic mentioned it on his own. If my car breaks down again, I’m calling here first.

Called before hand looking for an LS400 fender. They said they had it in stock. I came by the dismantling yard to find a really good condition fender plus other parts I needed for my car. Great service, will be coming back to get more parts in the future.

They gave me great service and a reasonable price on my Transmission for an Infiniti G20 2002. I’m not sure why I see so many negative comments on here. But If they cannot find your part they will forward you to someone who can help you find it. I will be coming back to purchase other parts.

I had a very good experience at this place. The staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I had to write a review because usually I don’t get this type of service at other wrecking yards and I frequent them often. I highly recommend this place.

If I was able to give negative stars I would, they do have quality parts, don’t get me wrong, but some guy I talked to yelled and me and cursed at me for accidentally burping with the phone away from my face… WHO DOESN’T BURP… IT HAPPENS SOMETIMES…

I looked and looked for a part for my 88 Toyota and they are the only ones that had it. They gave me a good price, lower than they quoted on the phone. And they had A/​C so I didn’t have to dig around for the part in the sun myself!

I went there myself to buy the part, because it’s cheaper to go myself rather than going through the bodyshop. Anyways, went there, got the part (hood) for the car. Paid in full in cash, because they have free delivery within 25miles if you pay cash. The guy tells me that he can get it delivered to a bodyshop the same day, since I was there around 11AM. Anyways, so I came home, bodyshop calls me after 3 days saying that they never received the hood. I call JAD, and the guy said they delivered it. So I went there myself and I still see the hood I bought still sitting on their display window. I said I want my money and since I can just get another from another place, he tells me they will charge 30% re-​stocking fee. I was like, it’s still sitting in the same display window where I first saw it, and they wouldn’t give me my money back. I’ll just get the hood, and go through small claims court. I was suppose to fix the hood and prep it up for the show, but now I can’t since the hood isnt fixed yet.
