Great coffee location… Visited the location three days while on a seven day vacation in Huntington Beach in each experience with delightful. My beverage was hot and I was always asked if I wanted to use the bathroom parentheses there’s a code for it and parentheses that you get with your receipt!

Just left this coffee bean and have never been more disrespected at any coffee bean location. The cashier MELODY and all the employees making coffee in the back like to talk bad about customers right in front of them! I go to coffee bean a lot and I will NEVER return to this place again. The worst service I’ve ever received. Did the employees forget that the customer pays their bills??? Disgusted For management: this was 8pm on Halloween night. All employees working this shift should be reminded to stay professional at all times! I was with other people from out of town like welcome to our community! Thanks a lot for representing Huntington Beach coffee bean.

Nice large location right in the middle of the«business district» of Huntington Beach. There is a front counter area and a back area with more seating… also seating outside. The early morning I popped in for a pre-meeting coffee and nosh, the young woman at the counter seemed a little new to the job, but I’m sure she’ll get the hang of it and perk up. Or maybe she isn’t a morning person? Still, solid location — clean, convenient, roomy and smallish but well stocked food case.

This was my first time ever trying CBTL. I tried the Malibu Dream. The service was great because the cashier was happy to offer suggestions. The drink was delish. I didn’t give the place the full five stars because the seats had sugar all over them and the tables may seem a bit sticky. But other than that, my visit was good! I would be happy to return!

I had heard great things about this location and all that I heard are true but don’t out weigh the bad. The big table in the back does offer plugs for your electronics but they only have tall stools for sitting. The other small tables are limited to only three and if someone is sitting in the middle table they have basically taken over the entire area. It is very quite and almost dull inside with periodic spurts of busyness coming in from Main st. The outside tables are nice for people watching and just relaxing in the sun. That goes for the tables out front as the tables on the side seem a bit shady. As I sat there for less than an hour I was approached twice for change. I also had to watch as the mad continued to ask passer byers after. The restrooms require a code that is only given to you on your receipt after you purchase something so never take your kiddos there if they need to use it first. I have seen them demand customers spend money FIRST before letting their kids use the restroom. Def. not my fav. Coffee Bean as I am a Coffee Bean lover.

4 stars for the layout of the store 5 for the super nice girl at the counter But, Ive worked for the company for years now(first in socal now in norcal) and I even told the barista that and she still had the most sassy attitude. Other than that great experience.

It’s a lot bigger inside than I thought! Very nice baristas and cute beachy vibe. perfect for main street.

Dropped in on a Tuesday night because of the Farmer’s Market. Clean and neat store. It’s kinda cool how you order from one counter and then pick it up from one further inside.
