This company is superior! Their response time and handling of our situation was amazing! We had a pipe leak that ran through the upstairs to the downstairs through the wall and they were there within the hour to handle our problem with the utmost of customer service. They understood the stress of the situation and genuinely cared. They were very thorough and we went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Servpro!

My property recently was flooded and it caused an extensive amount of damage. I quickly called Servpro in Huntington Beach and they arrived to my house within the hour. I was amazed with how fast they responded as I was concerned about the water damage spreading. The crew quickly extracted the water from my home. I was very impressed with everyone, especially Jose, he was very professional and made me feel at ease. Also, the manager Felipe was on top of my issue since day one. We hired Servpro to take care of our slab leak. They understood how stressful the entire process was for us and tried very hard to make everything go smoothly. Philipe was our technician. He was awesome. Great communication. Very friendly and helpful. He explained everything really well and did an excellent job. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly. Excellent company. We highly recommend them. We had three floors of water damage in a building from the 1930s. They identified the problem and began clean up and repairs immediately. They ensured that everything was dry and mold free before completing the repairs. From floors to ceilings, it turned out beautifully. Professional, efficient and great people to work with!
