Great services provided by this company. Took care of the house 3 guys and I lived in during the school year by making the carpets look brand new. Friendly guys and really affordable too.

I have used this company for years and this time I just have to write a review about how amazing Pat was cleaning my carpet because my dog has been marking all over my carpet. He used some magic solution to get rid of that nasty dog pee smell. I had some hardcore stains also because I have a son who constantly somehow makes a mess on the carpet. Pat was able to get rid of the odor and the stain better than I anticipated. If you want a thorough job call Pat. He will handle it. I even gave him extra $ 50 because I was so impressed with the result. Amazing carpet pro! i should have taken a before and after picture because my carpet looks like new now!!!

Let’s be honest — writing about carpet care isn’t exciting; it probably ranks up there with curdling — not to be confused with curling; and that’s just as boring ;)
Nonetheless, it’s something that needs to be done.
Over the course of the past 10 years, I’ve had the carpets professionally cleaned at least 3 times from other companies. Looking back, it was a forgetful experience; I even posted a review (⁰⁹⁄₂₀₁₃) but that was for the sales team since I had to repeatedly ask them to take me off their distribution list because they misquoted often: likely a sales tactic (i.e. they quote you over the phone for say $ 80 regardless of sq feet, and upon arrival they jack it up to $ 120 PLUS another $ 20 for some special chemical that probably does jack shit but hey, you’ve just spent over 66% more than what you intended to).. . sorry, got off topic but it provides good back story.
From what I understood, professional carpet cleaning is recommended to be done every 2 years; but after my unpleasant experiences I just relied on regular cleaning (bi monthly); and the DIY power vacuums you can get at Ralphs/​Albertsons.
It wasn’t until recently where my wife made it a point to get our carpets cleaned — mainly the wear and tear and especially us having 2 cats. Naturally, she took it to Unilocal to find someone credible.
Here’s how it went down in our search for the best:
The first one was L A M E.
I wont’ mention names (consider yourselves lucky); one person was overly eager to come over the same day when my wife initially inquired.
The conversation went something like this:
My wife: «Hi! How much would it cost to clean 500 sq ft of carpet?»
Carpet Cleaner: «You live pretty close to me, I can come today, will that work?»
Carpet Cleaner: «How does 1pm look, I can head over?»
Carpet Cleaner: «???»
Carpet Cleaner: «Are you there?. .. ???»
It looked like a cringe-​worthy text for the overly-​anxious.
Wasn’t hard to pass on that one.
The second one was L A M E R:
My wife: «Hi! How much would it cost to clean 500 sq ft of carpet?»
Carpet Cleaner #2: «Great question. We focus our cleaning efforts based on the thickness of the carpets. Depending on the year (s) and the average activity that you and your family partake in, our strategy is customized so that the results match closely to what is ideal. For instance, your carpet, over the years may have accumulated.. . BLA BLA BLA»
No disrespect to anyone who constantly works on mastering their craft — but my wife was looking for quote — not a novel of a response. And from the way it sounded, I wasn’t prepared to hire some high-​nuclear powered stainless steel machine of SUCK. This ain’t rocket science bish!
Moving on.
The third one… BOOM, we got a winner:
Within minutes, someone actually ANSWERED the damn question with a set price per square feet. No high-​pressure sales, no overly eager stalker coming by and certainly no ‘custom-​1000 word diatribe’ of what it takes to clean our friggin’ carpet.
Patrick, from Western Carpet Care, was straight to the point. He promptly responded to my wife’s inquiry and set a meeting within a couple of days. He also took the time to explain to my wife that their cleaning process is organic and natural without any harmful chemicals — safe for children and pets.
When he arrived, it was all business, with a smile and a Phillies’ baseball cap. The results were great — our carpet looks brand new. What I also appreciated about Patrick was that he was sincere/​genuine enough to ask how my wife found him on Unilocal.He inquired about his competitors to get a feel for what are some of the best practices to further improve his process.
(hint hint) He’s the winner and ought to be the example going forward. He didn’t even solicit a review. He let his work speak for himself and his company.

We called western carpet care because a friend ours said they would be the only ones to take out the stains we had on «off white carpet»… My husband dropped a platter of bbq ribs, sauce went everywhere, yes it was a nightmare! But they came to the rescue and got the bbq sauce out!!! They were on time and professional, reasonable price but most of all the stain is GONE! Thank you!

Patrick cleaned my carpet today & I couldn’t be happier! He replied to my request for a quote promptly and his prices are very reasonable. My only regret is that I did not have him clean our third room. I highly recommend his services!

Western carpet care I called them on Monday and they came out the next day Patrick and John showed up on time Patrick is very professional He cleaned my couch and carpet and did a amazing job and gave me a great price and did a little extra and did not charge me I had service with another company and by far western carpet care had the best prices and service Patrick thank you for making my carpet and couch look amazing I would highly recommend western carpet care and will use them again when my carpet needs a cleaning thank you WESTERN CARPET CARE GREAT JOB!!!

I would like to first say they offer fast and amazing service. These guys came in the same day I called them and was in and out within 30 min. The results of before and after was basically a brand new carpet. They were extremely friendly and the communication of what I had wanted was translated to the results of a well cleaned carpet. Western Carpet did a great job cleaning our carpets! All the stains were removed, and we received great customer service! I recommend them over all others in the area!

Ive been using this company for over 10 years. From my first little rental when I was younger to my current home they have been the go to carpet cleaners. They clean the carpets of all my immidiate family members (Parents, grandparent and brother) and I have refered them to my friends as well. Affordable, professional, quick, easy to schedule. I feel totally confident having the crew in my house. They absouletly deserve all the praise they are getting here on Unilocal

This is, without a doubt, a 5-​star business. I called them to help out with some spilled coffee and to clean my favorite area rug. They cleaned most of my apartment plus the area rug for a good price, and they even cleaned the passenger seat of my car b/​c I mentioned my dog got sick on it. They were professional, affordable, and efficient. I’ll definitely use them again. :)

Called Western Carpet Cleaners and they were really nice. They were really easy going, informative, and I just got my new house but the carpets were a mess and called them on thursday, they came today. My carpets are new, clean and they smell good and I think it was a great price. They were my first experience with getting carpets cleaned and I recommend them.

Needed someone to clean my 4×6 area rug! Called a few dry cleaners & thier turn around time was 2 weeks! I needed my puppy soiled rug cleaned, now! So saw the 5 stars on Western & called! Inquired about how much & drying time. For the price & convince of them coming to me (same price as the dry cleaners w/​out the 2 week wait) The tech came on time, was in & out in lease then 30 minutes and he also cleaned the carpet under & around the area rug! I would use them & recommend Western Carpet again!

I needed my carpets cleaned as I have family coming over for the holiday. My friend recommended this company saying the guys not only do good work but are fast friendly and courteous. So I decided to give them a go as I have a new dog going threw potty training :(I have to say I agree with everything I was told about these guys; Friendly courteous people and my carpets look better than they have in a looong time. I wont be wasting my time doing it myself anymore because I will be using them everytime.

I saw this company reviewed by a «friend» and reminded myself that I needed to get the carpet in our medical office cleaned. My phone call was returned promptly, they showed up on time for the estimate, the price was right, they came on time (early) for the actual cleaning appointment, they worked fast, the carpet looked great. Can carpet cleaning get any better than that?
