Something Josh and his team does that not many other people do these days, is help repair credit issues! This is critical when getting people the maximum loan value approved!

Josh Crater is by far the best loan officer I’ve ever used (and I’ve used many). When I was first introduced to Watermark and Josh I was impressed by his willingness, drive and determination to do whatever it takes to get the job done. For example, Josh spend endless hours on the phone with creditors to cure certain credit mishaps on my report to be sure I got the best rate possible. On my second loan, Josh worked through the Thanksgiving holiday to make sure I got the best rate possible and close it prior to my tight deadline. He is a consummate professional; a team player and always kind and patient (even when I wasn’t). Josh goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best loan possible. If you choose Josh you won’t be disappointed!

Joshua Crater and his team really paid attention to our special needs! We were relocating out of California to Virginia, and the Watermark team went out of their way to work with the relocation company and identify for us all the possible options for funding on our new house. Great rates and awesome customer service! I had to write a review after working with Joshua Crater and his team on the refinance of my home in San Clemente, CA. A friend had referred me to Joshua and I have to say that I was very impressed at his level of knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry. My credit report had a few minor errors, he was able to fix them for me and had me qualified for 3.875% jumbo 30 year fixed in a very short period of time. Their rates are better than the major banks I talked to and it is so nice to work with a company that actually cares about their customers and their reputation. I would highly recommend calling Joshua before applying with any other mortgage lender.
