The Huntington Beach Church of Religious Science (HBCRS) is a New Thought church that teaches Science of Mind principles based on the teachings and philosophy of Ernest Holmes. Two of the main tenants of this way of life are that God is all there is, and we create our own reality.

HBCRS is an inclusive community where all paths to God are honored and welcomed. We offer Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services as well as classes designed to deepen one’s understanding of Universal principles.

We believe that everything that exists was thought first. And as such, one can simply change his/her thinking in order to change his/her life.

I have been a member of various Religious Science Churches both here in California, Utah and Arizona. Their philosophy is basic… Change your thinking, change your life. They do believe in the teachings from the Bible, Universal Law and all things that help to live life to the fullest and happiest.
They teach higher thinking and how to come from a place that is peaceful, positive, spiritual, abundant and loving. There is only goodness here and anyone of any faith can feel comfortable and welcome. They’re not out to change your beliefs but to share a more peaceful, joyous and abundant way of thinking. Run, run run as fast as you can away from this «church» nothing buta bunch of new age false teachings. May I suggest «Reverend» Tracy that you actually pick up a Bible and read it.

I went to their June 6 days retreat. OMG, I can’t tell you enough about this group. I can’t tell you how much they had help me better my mind. You should attend to see for yourself.
I can’t wait for the August Retreat !!
There will be Dharma Talk, seating, eating, and walking mediation. Three meals will be provided totally free, yupe everything is free and the food is awesome. Practice begin at 6am to 9pm, there are many breaks in between. I went to their June retreat and I love it. Training is in Vietnamese, but if you want to attend but don’t understand Vietnamese, contact the organizer and they may be able to arrange a translator for you. They want to include everyone, they want all beings to have peace.
If you’re out of state or far away and would will to attend this training and would like to stay with someone, contact Mat Thuong Nhin Doi and they can arrange where you can stay with someone’s house. They did this last time. Check out their url for more info
