Got there at 8, he had my Jeep on the rack with a diagnosis by 820. I have quite a few issues with the lifted front end going on and I have a few different options and ideas to go about fixing them. After giving me a rough estimate and honest opinion, he suggested to park it and think about it. That’s why I came here. His place is in the back. Unit V.

Now its December 28 and the old Caravan is still driving straight!

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. Dale has worked on my car for years. Yesterday I went in (first time in 3 – 4 years). I told him my issue and he had 4 cars ahead of mine. He gave me a time and told me to come back. When I got back he popped the vehicle up and gave it a look. He found some things that only the best in the world would find. Things I didn’t even mention, but he knew just by looking at it what was wrong. He finished up and had me out before we both thought. I will never go to anyone else. Thank you for the best service and specialty alignment.

There is a reason you have to get here early or wait. And it is worth the wait. I got here first thing in the morning but I did wait a couple weeks until I could get in in the morning. Usually by noon he is filled up. However, it is worth the wait.
I came here because firstly I needed an alignment after replacing my steering rack, and secondly I was experiencing some shaking in the steering wheel at around 50mph.
I had gone to three other shops trying to figure out what was causing my issue. However, Dale diagnosed my problem over the phone before I even came in, he said that it was almost guaranteed to be an issue with the wheel and/​or tire itself, not alignment causing the shaking (although I did still need an alignment due to having a new steering rack, but that was a separate thing).
As I said, Dale diagnosed it over the phone even before I came in, and he was right. I stress that because Dale really knows his stuff. Dale did the alignment and diagnosed my issue, and set it up on jacks and spun the wheels using a wheel spinning machine and showed me exactly what the issue was.
You could see the wheel wobbling slightly when it was spinning, this was very clearly the cause of the issue. Apparently many wheels and tires even brand new are not perfect. My wheels and tires needed balancing and maybe shaving a little because they were off a bit. The thing with my specific issue is because my old steering rack and old tie rods that I had replaced were previously a bit loose which masked the balance issue so I didn’t notice it, but when I had new parts it was stiffer and it made the balancing issue able to be felt through the steering wheel.
He does not do wheel and tire balancing but pointed me to a shop who does (it will cost me only $ 75 per wheel to fix the issue).
The point is I spent over a month and three different shops of whom none had any clue what was causing this issue. But Dale knew immediately even before seeing the car just based on how I described it.
Not only that but Dale also was very open to talking me through and showing me exactly what was going on. He went above and beyond helping me with my issue, even telling me all about tires and how tire tread ratings work and how to mark the wheel after getting the wheels balanced.
He was very informative and extremely helpful! I also found him to be very friendly and very open and willing to help. On top of all this, my final bill was only $ 60! Which was the cost of the front end alignment. And which is a very good price by the way. He did not even charge me for the diagnostic of the issue and the information about telling me about how to get the shaking issue fixed.
On a side note, my car runs very good and true, besides the issues with the tire balance, a big improvement over before I took it in. So definitely he does a good job with alignments!

Hands down the best wheel alignment service I have ever received. They’re very knowledgable. They did not just do my alignment, they also filled my tires per my normal driving conditions. Most companies read the generic tire information located in the door jamb and fill the ties per that. When, in actuality, they are to read the instructions written on the tires. They did that and adjusted the air pressure to my daily driving conditions. They have created a loyal customer out of me by far exceeding my expectations.

Just finished a project build and went to Dale as he was highly recommended. I wasn’t disappointed. Dale’s a very honest person; knows his stuff; is a total straight shooter and will explain to you whats going on if something isn’t right. I had a few issues I needed to address that Dale pointed out and appreciated he took the time to show/​explain to me why he couldn’t do the alignment. I made the fixes Dale pointed out, went back a week later and I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend going to Dale. The place just has a good vibe all around. He’s got my business.

Probably the greatest alignment shop in OC, one that is honest, has expert level knowledge, and great reputation.
I had a vehicle that was in an accident and been to 4 alignment shops, ie Firestone and other shops. The tires would wear premature within a year and car never drove straight. I would complain about the same stuff, explain the history, rotate the tires and they would go bald. Get another set, align and still get problems.
Dave’s Alignment was the only place that got it fixed and driving right. The work done is based on doing the manual adjustments based off actual test driving and old school experience. None of that factory computerized automated robot stuff. My car drove over a divider and was lowered and he got it driving straight as an arrow.
So inspection on vehicle revealed some bent rods front and rear. Dale’s shop was the first to tell me of the damage. Showed me the location, explained the repair, straightened the part for free, assured it was safe and would do no damage. Car drove straight like an arrow for a couple of years and my tires finally last a few years and twice as long as my previous tires.
Well about a year ago, the car hit a curb by my cousin during practice driving. It had a bent rim and after that was fixed, it no longer drove straight like an arrow. Went back and got it fixed again.

Dale set my 2013 FRS up for autocross. I brought it in because the car was twitchy and over steered like crazy. He set it up for neutral handling and the car drives like a dream now! Turn in is awesome. Oversteer is gone. I took a trophy spot at EL Toro the very next weekend!
I highly recommend these guys for anyone who wants a precision alignment from someone who knows how to make your car do what you need it to do.

This is the best Frame and Alignment shop that there is period! I brought my 2002 T&C van in because I had bought new tires and upon accelerating onto the freeway, experienced some slight shaking. Dale evaluated the problem, replaced my two front axles (which were the main issue), replaced a wheel hub bearing assembly and replaced the bushings on my sway bar links and did an alignment to finish the job. My van runs as good as new! His price was incredibly fair as anyone else would have charged a lot more. Oh, did I fail to mention that he got it finished by close of business the same day? Very professional shop with no run around. These guys are straight shooters and will tell you exactly what you need and give you options as to what you want them to do. I really appreciate a business like this that treats their customers fairly! Thank you Dale! I will always bring my vehicles here for any alignment or chasis issues that I may have! 5 stars all the way!!!

This awesome old school shop has aligned all of my cars and trucks. The only times I have wandered away is because of scheduling conflicts. I believe this is a ‘first come, first served’ joint and appointments are not available. When I do go elsewhere, I usually regret it. Their regular alignments are always spot on, but the shop really shines on big jobs from accidents.
The work is super quality and the gentlemen are straight shooters. Don’t waste their time, and they won’t waste yours. Dale will always give you options, what you choose to do is up to you.
By the way, if you are using the mythical/​magical «wheel lock lug nuts», then remember to bring your «key».

Brought in 01 RX300 for 4 wheel alignment and possible wheel bearing replacement. I had been coming here since late 90s and their service continues to be top notch.
They were really forthcoming with me and gave me a great deal on a four wheel alignment. Noted that I did not need a new wheel bearing and rear wheel well noise was due to poor tire wear. Recommended I get new tires and not wheel bearing. I appreciate their honesty and that’s what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend to anyone who needs alignment or suspension needs by someone who is truly good at their craft. I’m glad to finally be able to write a recommendation since Unilocal didn’t exist in the late 90’s.

Been taking my Evo here for the past 5 years. Superb work, more than reasonable pricing and the car always handles amazingly afterwards. Thoroughly convinced there is no one better and would not trust anyone else.

I had these guys do an alignment and replace some front shocks. Dale was extremely helpful and professional. I appreciate someone who takes the time to explain things and he did just that. The cost was good and timeliness was good as well. BTW, I had to take my brand new tundra there after another shop screwed up big time on the alignment and shock installation. These guys were recommended to me by another leader in their field, Camburg engineering. Again I would highly recommend these guys. Excellent work and very knowledgeable. I won’t go anywhere else for alignments in the future.

I found Dave’s on the internet reading about the best 4 wheel drive frame and alignment place around. I went to a place in the inland empire that told me my frame was bent and I started searching for somebody that had a good reputation. I kept reading on all the 4 wheel drive forums about Dave’s. I got down there and Dale really knows his stuff. He informed me my frame was straight and all I needed was new rubber on the control arms. He replaced a few parts on the steering linkage and it was way better. American Pride in doing a good Job. Very Honest

Amazing Customer service. I have been searching for a good, honest place to have my alignment checked. I ‘be been to VW dealer and shops that have an alignment rack and no one can explain or fix my concern. Dale upon arrival, within minutes took my car for a test drive and when he returned he started work on it ASAP. He explained what needs to be done and suggested options. Then he test drove it again to make sure it was done right. Now that’s world class service! All this at a fair price. What more could you ask for. Thanks Again Dale!

I took my F150 4×4 to Dave after years of off roading in Baja. I was prompted by some strange noises from the front end. Dave examined it thoroughly. My ball joints were «toast» as he informed me. He upgraded from stock ball joints so they would withstand the future abuse better.
Very straightforward guy that knows what he is doing.
