I recently bought a Groupon for this place to get a synthetic oil change. It was my first time here and I had a great experience. I made an appointment and they were able to see me same day. The manager, I think his name is Robert, was super friendly through out and I felt very welcome. Service had been so great that when they told me about my my front two tires being worn down to nothing (an issue I already knew about) I decided to get new ones installed then and there. They were able to get tires I wanted from another location and installed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

You see what had happen was. .. I took advantage of the $ 19 oil change on Amazon Local.
In the hopes of believing the good in people, I was really hoping that this place wouldn’t take advantage of their customers and honored the voucher they paid for. I called prior before coming and talked to a man name Robert. He seemed friendly on the phone, that was until he tried to tell me that I need to upgrade to a Synthetic Oil Change for $ 20 more.
At this time I felt bad for him because he obviously didn’t understand that he was talking to a woman of knowledge on cars. First of all, no where in my manual handbook does it say that I need synthetic, second of all my car is only a year old, and not even over 100,000 miles. I get that synthetic is better and some people prefer it, but I just wanted what was on my voucher.
And then for you to look at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about and look like I was crazy after I declined and said that I would get my refund on amazon.
He’s lucky I didn’t tell the customer behind me, who came in to get his daughter’s tire fixed to go to American Tire; where they could have possibly done it for free and are a lot more accommodating to their clients.

Went in with an Amazon coupon. It was a really good deal for $ 19.99. As soon as I declined synthetic oil upgrade I was treated like a second class citizen. Took 2 ½ hours instead of 1 ½. Didn’t rotate my tires like the coupon stated. Rotated them when I pointed it out and it took another half an hour. Won’t be coming back with any of our cars. Really disappointed. Any one have recommendations for a good, honest auto shop?

I came across AG when I was looking on groupon for an alignment job at a decent price. At $ 50, AG held the winning ticket; the only problem was that the groupon was expired. Sure enough, upon calling AG they agreed to give me the groupon price, which was a great deal for a 4-​tire alignment.
Upon arrival, the gentlemen were nice enough as they honored the phone call I had a day ago and even threw in a tire rotation (which I needed for an extra $ 10). The service went on for around 1 hour and 20 minutes initially. As I walked to my car I found that the tires had not been rotated though. I informed the manager immediately (I had plenty of work on my laptop to do so it was no worry for me). He was very apologetic and had his guys get right to it. So all in all service took about an hour and 40 minutes.
Synopsis:
For $ 60 out the door, the alignment + tire rotation was a great value; the civ had a hard pull to the right initially and it drove away with no pull at all.
The shop has Wi-​Fi, a TV, and a comfortable couch. Plus there are local sandwich shops within walking distance.
If you want good quality affordable service and are not in too big of a rush this is a great shop run by good people.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality and speedy service for a great price. There were problems with my 2010 Honda Civic and when another local shop failed to meet my standards; I found Advanced Goodyear through their great groupon deal.
You can either get a synthetic oil change or an alignment for just $ 40 each. You just can’t beat it!
Marcus provided me with excellent customer service and sales expertise while the crew got to work on my car. It was an hour before closing and the guys did an excellent job on multiple repairs.
If you’re looking to get a tire change, service or mechanical work done, this is the place! Their pricing on everything is absolutely superb!

Nice guys, went in for an oil change. I am a little disappointed, they ran an oil change groupon but find that they are out of oil filters. Calling to ensure there wouldn’t be a wait still turned into an hour and twenty minute wait. To top it off I brought my Audi in because they stated they use Mobil One for synthetic oil I paid for. I saw them pour a orange bottle, it turned out to be FRAM synthetic oil sold at Walmart. The wait on top of bait and switch was disappointing.

No you guys did not. Don’t lie to try and make this look better. You didn’t have the van. It was not there. Also you did not offer a upgrade, you offered a small van that would not have worked. You really didn’t care. It was well we have smaller van that’s it. A simple call would be nice at least the day before. Please don’t lie it’s not helping. Also doesn’t sound good when Uhaul regional said this is not the first with your store.

I have purchased several sets of tires here in the past years and have car repairs done. All of those experiences were excellent but none was as good as the most recent one that helped my car get registered properly. I told the manager Caanan that my car failed smog due to a check-​engine light that won’t go away. As a courtesy to me, he asked his best mechanic «Rocky» to check it out for free in conjunction with my oil change. I wasn’t too hopeful because so-​called smog experts could not give me a straight answer what was wrong. I was thinking, how can a general mechanic do any better? I took a nap in the waiting room – LoL, and woke up 45 minutes later to find out that Rocky cleared my check engine light with a confident diagnosis. He said one of the vacuum lines in the air intake box came off which controlled a solenoid valve. He advised me to drive my car for about 100 miles over a few days and said that if the light doesn’t come back on, get it re-​smogged and it should pass – IT DID!
Now my workhorse 2000 Toyota Solara with over 200K miles have current tags again! Thanks to Caanan’s kindness & Rocky’s professionalism for saving me a lot of money and headache. The best part of this experience was – it was FREE-​WoW! I would definitely keep coming back to Advanced Goodyear for my Tire & other automotive repair needs and recommend all of you reading this review to do the same! You’ll be glad you did!!!

I’ve been to many Good Year tire shops in SoCal & I have to say that this location really stood out.
I took my vehicle there on Jan 22nd as it was getting a lot of road vibration even after replacing the struts at another shop. I felt the tires were the culprit & it turned out they were. I needed 2 new tires & the drivers front wheel bearings were also going out, I was shown exactly what they were talking about.
The manager, Cainaan, was courteous & his team diagnosed my car for free. He didn’t ask me for any money nor did he try to sell me on repairs. He simply told me what the car needed & that was that.
I came back a couple weeks later to get the tires replaced & they honored the original price they had quoted me. I was told the job would take an hr so I walked to a near by restaurant to grab some «to go» & when I returned, my car was ready. They took less than 30 mins.
I would definitely go back for future repairs, ask for Cainaan (Cain-​nen).
