Service Dept. Instead of laying out exactly what happened, I’ll just say that they did work that wasn’t needed nor did it fix the problem. Add the fact they called me and told me it was fixed when it wasn’t. So very questionable with their honesty and workmanship here. In the end, Discount Tire was able to fix what they couldn’t. I also had to open a dispute with my Credit Card over the failed repair because they didnt want to give me a refund. I have the documentation to prove all this to!
I will say however, the valet guys are nice and make sure your car is kept clean. The free loaner car is a nice perk as well.

Great service!!! Infiniti definitely understands good customer service. I took my car there for repair and had a great experience. I know I will get good mechanics who are knowledgable and trained to fix my car the right way the first time. Trustworthy and reliable service, plus a loaner car for convenience.

Great help and assistance, I was in and out with a loaner and once my car was completed I received a call and again was in and out.

Everything was completed as scheduled and Josh is very knowledgeable about every aspect about my Q50. Great service and experience.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE — after a horrible 1^st experience where they left me stranded without a loaner car or a tire change in emergency situation last time back in September, I decided to give them a benefit of doubt and try them again (more because it was on my way to work)
1) called to make an appointment a day in advance on Monday to schedule for service and a loaner car
2) when I get there I was made to wait 20 mins specifically after I told them I had to be at work by 10am, I left the place at 10:07 finally :(
3) told them the issues in my car were oil change and to check the tires as I have brand new tires (4months old) and the tire light just went off .
4) I get a call on Thursday (after 2 days) my car was ready, GREAT!!! that was good and fast. when I picked up my car after office hours and left the loaner there, first thing I see is that the oil change and filter change lights are still on and the oil and filter level still shows the same
5) I take the car off the showroom on my way home and the tire light goes off. I call West Houston Infiniti at 9 am on Thursday to see what they did with my car and why is the light on, was on hold for 30 mins and no response.
6) I left for work in my car and was driving cautiously and next thing I know in the middle of Sam Houston Toll way my car started wobbling and the rims burnt down, iw as in control of the car and luckily didn’t crash into any other cars or side rails. I had to pay $ 60 bucks a mom and pops store to remove my tire and replace it with a spare wheel so I could get to work on time, I am a doctor and my 3 patients left because I was not able to see them at their scheduled appointment.
7) I call West Houston infiniti and DEMAND to talk to the manager, its been 45 mins I haven’t heard back from him but now the guy who did my service (NORMAN ISAAC) is calling me saying sorry he didn’t hear my voice mails until now.
I am not Buying an INFINITI EVER AGAIN only because of the poor quality of dealerships they have. I own an Audi and I have never had sucha terrible experience with them ever.

I received an email about a special on Q50’s so I just decided to look around. Michael Rasco was so knowledgeable and all around awesome that I bought one. This was by far the easiest and most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. In 4 hours I went from window shopping to proud owner.

The service to my vehicle is always completed in a timely manner and Josh is one of the best Service managers I’ve had the pleasure to meet.

The process is fast and efficient. It’s a pleasure to work with Josh.

Don’t buy thier car protection plan
It’s a scam
When they are selling it to you they will tell you that the plan covers any dent, scratch, glass break and anything that happens to the car
I went there with a dent that needs repair and they refused to do it stating that the policy does not cover !!! A cracked tail light, policy does not cover, a scratch and guess what !! The policy does not cover. A complete rip off and stay away

With regard to their service department I just haven’t had a positive experience with these guys. Ive had a couple of unfavorable run ins with them but allow me to detail the straw that broke the camels back.
Sometime ago I’d driven my car through high water and I noticed there was a loud clacking noise only when I accelerated. Image holding a piece of paper to the spokes of a bike tire and then turning the wheel. That’s the sound it was making.
I dropped my car off and about 30 minutes later they called me back.
Most of the major parts (engine, transmission etc.) under the hoods of Infiniti are encased in these fancy plastic compartments. Lift up the hood, lift up the flap over the engine and there lies the actual engine. The noise I was hearing was due to one of the flaps being open. When I was driving, the rush of air under the hood was causing the open cover to flap rapidly. $ 175.00 for this. So called diagnostic fee.
I cannot wrap my brain around the fact that some technician looked under my hood, closed a cover, closed my hood, marked completed on the work order and that amounted to $ 175.00
No Infiniti dealership will EVER see me again.

Purchased my car here and just recently brought it in for service and it was great. They were very prompt and had everything done in less than an hour. Waiting lobby has fruit bars, coffee and bottled water. So far, so good.

Car buying experience was good. Salesman was friendly and followed up appropriately. No high pressure sales tactics, just the right amount of follow up.
The only less than stellar comment is that the salesman, admittedly new, didn’t have advanced knowledge about the vehicle. My husband asked if the height of the liftgate when opened could be adjusted. The salesman said «no.» We thought that was odd since our Ford could do the same. Looked it up in the owner’s manual and there it was. For me, I appreciate «I’m not quite sure, let’s find out» rather than an uninformed ‘no.’

Great service. I was going to buy a Nissan but two dealerships they did not know their product and another having horrible customer service. My friend convinced us to get an Infiniti cause of the superb customer service and warranty and glad I came here. They know their products very well and will work to get what you need.
