Specialties
We’re Rice Village’s only authentic Irish bar that’s owned and run by two Cork lads. Stop by for a beverage and breakfast that’s served all day long.
Step right up and browse our large Irish whiskey and wine selection, 33 beers on tap, or another drink you fancy. Bring a friend and an appetite for the popular Guinness Burger, traditional shepherd’s pie, or 3 Egg Omelet that’s stuffed with cheeses, bacon, Tasso ham, onion, and chicken with some fried potatoes! We’re a lighter, brighter Irish bar that’s the perfect setting for a corporate happy hour, date, or night out with friends.
History
Established in 2014.
Jack Doyle, aka «The Gorgeous Gael», was a young man who left Ireland and became a household name as a heavyweight boxing contender, an actor, and a beautiful tenor on both sides of the Atlantic.
In honour of his name, two friends, Peter Kingston & David Roche from the same county as Jack, Co Cork, came together to bring a new concept of an Irish bar to America. Their concept differs from the traditional Irish bar set up by offering a sharper, edgier, bright design with a strong emphasis on exceptional food, exquisite cocktails, a strong Whiskey offering and a fantastic array of domestic and crafted beers.
One thing that has not changed and never will is the Irish spirit of hospitality, the warmest welcome in the world and the friendship and camaraderie that is unique to the Irish pub environment.
