Have lived in the Houston Texas area with my wife and three kids for about 10 years. My business partner and I caught wind of subzero ice cream in about 2009 before it had really taken off. Once it made its way to San Antonio we had a chance to try it in person and were blown away not only by the amazing Nitrogen process but the high quality taste of the ice cream as well. Just knew we had to put our pennies together and take a chance to bring this cutting-edge ice cream store to the Houston area for everyone else to enjoy.
