Who would have known there’s a bar in there. Really cool. Lots of specials. None of the beer was mind blowing by its cheap and Hugh alcohol and right next to the food ordering stations so…

I’d say this is my second-​favorite Whole Foods in the city, but the only one in the Northwest area to my knowledge. I say that because it isn’t big but they have a nice deli and bar space. Their hot bar is weak and they keep the same choices nearly every time we visit. We’ve been here at least every day of the week by now and it never fails to fail.
Parking is great; you’re in the ‘burbs. I like their bakery and their meat deli, oh and the produce section is open and spacious. There’s a balcony up top to eat. Their employees are cool, I’m always chatting with the staff and I’m as mean as they get; one of those statements is a lie…

I truly love everything about whole foods! The food is always fresh! And I love that I can go in grocery shop and then buy something to eat right then and there! I have always had great customer service.

I love this whole foods, especially when I am looking for a quick and healthy alternative to lunch. The full salad bar and soup bar are always my favorite. There are some tables and a bar for seating but it will likely be all taken around the lunch time rush. Its best to grab and go. I do wish they had outdoor seating. I think this location is considerably small and has outgrown the customer base. Hope they find a way to expand.

Not a bad place for an easy meal. Grab a slice of pizza or make your own sushi, than head to the back and grab a pint and a table. Great selection of craft beer on tap for the area. Completely rotates out so always something new. Only complaint is they have «tap takeovers» now and then, so sometimes you’ll hit right after a brewery you don’t like takesover and there’s not much to choose from.
I think there’s a grocery store here too.

This WF is pretty clean and have a great selection of organic fruits and veggies. The staff seems really friendly. My problem is the cashier lady, never smile, do not even talk to me, I did pay more money for items I could find cheaper in HEB or Sprouts so I expected better service!

This location is the closest to me but I really like the one on Waugh in comparison to this one and the new one on Westheimer. The layout is nice and the store is easy to navigate. I’ve never had any issues with parking or the customer service. The salad bar is always freshly stocked with an abundant choice of toppings. I can’t say the same for the hot food areas, most of the stuff looks dried out and unappetizing with the exception of the soups. The soups are full of flavor and fresh. I love the raw juice bar but most of the time there’s a wait because only one person is working the area.

Pretentious barkeeps with attitude. Beer should bring people together, not create holier than thou jerks that try their best to either not engage and help or turn their nose up at non-​whole foods growlers. Every time I’ve been here, it’s been the same. Adiós Whole Foods, I’ll spend my beer money over at HEB where the beer growler guys care and engage with the customer.

Ok, this place has hipsters and pretentious people. Duh. But if you can get past it… it’s a very solid place to drink if you don’t already know where to go to drink that particular. Yea, this is the perfect BACKUP bar. You don’t plan coming here, you just end up here.
The draft selection changes constantly but like I said, it’s solid. Bottles are located besides the bar so there’s always plenty of choices. Ladies, TRY THE MA MA MA MANGO MIMOSA! $ 10 a bottle and it’s enough for 3 glasses.
Seriously though, bartenders are hit or miss. It’s never ridiculously bad but could be better. You have to literally call them out to get another beer. I mean, no eye contact, no empty glass on the bar top, only FULL ON YELLING. Socially awkward penguins, this might not be for you.

I rarely ever shop here, but when I do I enjoy it so much better than Sprouts! People are so friendly and helpful! I never know where things are at because I am not a regular shopper here, yet staff will be available to help you find what you need! It’s on the very pricey end for food vs Sprouts, but my understanding is that a % of their prices go towards a cause! Forgot what that was.lol. Just ask a staff they will be glad to tell you! Everything you possible need is in this store. You can have fresh food made and dine in or outside seating! There’s even a bar! Nice! It’s so clean and everything is fully stocked! People are even friendlier here! The customers and staff!

Taco Tuesdays are great with Field Roast.
Saves my Vegan Powers. An orchard peach black tea to drink. Too bad it’s 100+ outside to enjoy the day. Soon enough.

Keep everything fresh & you can’t go wrong
Make more fresh grilled chicken & sides should be on a whole other area.

I love this place, very clean, has variety in all the stuff .
Staff is very friendly and nice .
The dime in place upstairs is an added advantage.

This is the best WF I’ve been to — while we are living out here in Spring, I must say this is the best part. I will miss this location once we move in the summer.

It’s just the perfect place to spend a bunch of money when you’re hungry and don’t know what you want. I’ve really enjoyed coming during lunchtime just to browse and poke around, and always wind up leaving with some great wines and random, yummy snacks. I love this place!

Pretty nice Whole Foods — of course I haven’t been to a horrible Whole Foods, don’t think those exist.
I’m always thrown off by the wine and beer sections in places outside of Maryland, since we have I seek out and wine and beer store for that. They have a bar in the store!!! What the what?! We had a couple of nice tastings and browsed the aisles. They have a great bakery section and a huge selection of loose leaf teas. We tried the hibiscus vanilla apple and the chai green tea. Both are wonderful!

3.5 stars. Well Whole Foods seems to be getting closer to me in The Woodlands but not really. It still takes me 40 minutes to get to this one either way I go.
My fave in this WF is the Neapolitan style pizzas. They are a test store for these I heard. They are not the official kind but close enough for a grocery store. They are huge and well priced. They have a weekday special (forgot the day) which makes them a super buy for the money. Also the juice bar has several freshly squeezed green drinks, fruit drinks and smoothies. You can also custom make one of your choice available in 2 sizes.
The salad bar is awesome! They have a roasted/​grilled food bar. Also a sushi bar is in the back right of the store but I wasn’t impressed. I actually think Krogers does a better job by me. There is a nice relaxing bar in the back to relax and get a craft beer or some wine. You can also take your drink with you and shop throughout the store.
The fresh meat section is another of my faves with prices varying similar to HEB to very pricy for the organic prime meat. The gentlemen told me the fresh meats are only out for one day for maximum freshness then they use them in the other sections of their fresh made foods.
The seafood section is small compared to other whole foods but the person working behind the counter was knowledgeable. They do have both Alaskan salmon and the orange colored Atlantic kind.
The absolute worse section IMO was the BBQ section. I went both times in the late afternoon and all the meats and sides were terribly dried out and totally unattended looking for hours. 1 star quality… hopefully this improves or they remove this section from the store permanently. It was a disgrace! The fresh meat deli section was also not appealing. They have a very limited selection with several of the deli meats looking old and lacking freshness. Also very pricy.
They carry 3 versions of fruits and vegetables. Organic, non organic and another category (forgot name) but I wasn’t interested after reading what it meant.
The bread section was kinda small but what they had was good and they will slice it for you. The pastries were limited and came across as more 3 – 4 star quality. The macarons were average in quality but their PB& J won my taste buds over.
Rest of the store (the center) I felt was overpriced overall since many of these items can be purchased at regular grocery stores nowadays for much less.
Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful except the sushi crew. Someone needs to tell them to smile and not look so miserable and unapproachable. You can take any of your prepared food upstairs to eat. They have several tables available. Restrooms are upstairs also just down the hallway from the dining section.
Can’t wait for The Woodlands one to open!

Meh… Pretty much sums how I feel about this location.
Yea having lived in the austin are for a few years now has definitely spoiled me however, this place one really has no excuse for its lack of space and vastness because this one was built from the ground up. They literally had no reason NOT to make this the best one in houston!
Anyways size aside, the store layout is also rather confusing. Maybe take notes from other WFM and grow a little. I’m not giving up hope just yet because it is so new and fresh. Perhaps they need some warm up time…
Oh! And the employees ALL need training in customer service.

Attended the grand opening of the Champion’s Whole Foods and boy was it impressive! This store has everything you could ever want all in one place. I tend to get distracted by shiny things and I was completely overwhelmed! The produce selection was amazing, the desserts looked delicious, and the meat and seafood were incredibly fresh.
If you get exhausted from shopping and need to rest there is an upstairs café seating area and there is even a bar at the back of the restaurant! Perfect place for the hubby to hang out while his wife insists on going up and down each aisle!
In addition to the usual salad and soup bar, there is made to order sushi, sandwiches, and pizza. We ordered two sandwiches to go and they were both yummy. You could really just hang out all day here.
Now for the negatives. It could have just been because of opening day madness, but the parking lot was super crowded and doesn’t seem big enough for the stores already there and more are opening. At the bakery, despite four workers behind the counter, it took forever for anyone to acknowledge me, much less help me. Last, but definitely not least, the self-​serve areas need to be MONITORED! The bread is self serve, as well as the salad, soup, relishes, meals, and even BBQ. Now these kind of things give me the heebie jeebies to begin with, but it doesn’t help that parents let their mannerless children put their grubby little fingers all over everything. I even witnesses a little kid playing with a whole salmon on ice while his mother just watched.
I will definitely be back if there are some good specials or if I’m looking for a particular item, but it’s a little too far from me to replace my regular grocery store.

I waited for a few days after the Grand Opening to venture to Whole Foods. One would never know that today was not their opening day, however. The parking lot was packed; circling around multiple times finally landed us a spot quite a distance away from the store. As Jamie A. stated in her review, with new stores that have yet to open in this center, I predict that parking is going to become a real issue.
Once inside, though, I was impressed with many of the items Whole Foods had to offer. Everything fresh (veggies, fish, meats) is organic, locally grown if possible, free-​range, sans-​hormones and wild-​caught. Keep this in mind when you look at the prices. Many varieties of fish and meat are offered; I was particularly impressed by the quality of the fish, though. The beef, pork and chicken looked nice, also, but the veal deserved to be passed up at any price: dark red veal is tough and flavorless (and it was no bargain, either). I’m surprised Whole Foods even had this in their display case.
Fresh bagels! And bialys! Now, those I couldn’t resist. These looked like the real deal in the self-​serve section, so I grabbed about a half dozen in a bag and we’ll give them a shot. They sure do smell good. Agree again, though, with Jamie’s assessment of the self-​serve section: many items are placed at adult waist-​level, which is the ideal height for youngsters to poke their hands and faces into as they walk by and around the curve of the bakery section. Whole Foods needs to rethink the display of this section of the store for sanitary reasons, please.
The dairy and grocery sections offered an array of items for people on specialty diets. While that doesn’t apply to hubby or me, I kept thinking of our daughter as I roamed around and surveyed their inventory. Whenever our daughter comes to town, I go on a wild hunt for food she can eat: she’s completely lactose intolerant and due to medical restrictions is on a very low-​fat, low-​sodium diet. It’s not easy to find a variety of those foods in the local grocery store, but Whole Foods is literally an entire store of food for her! Vegan cheeses, vegan mayo, tofu, low-​sodium sauces and condiments, a variety of non-​dairy items and frozen treats — this is heaven for those on a restricted diet. Shopping for her when she comes to visit now will be a breeze!
Hubby checked out the beer section briefly. Many craft beers are available, with several of them being locally brewed and on tap. What a treat!
Checkout was quick. Love that paper bags are given, too! Nice to see that Whole Foods doesn’t clutter the environment with plastic in case you don’t have your own grocery totes.
I will most certainly return, as this store is not a far drive for me. It won’t, however, replace my usual store as my grocery «mission control center,» but it is a welcome addition to the community and I’m glad they’re here.

Attended the grand opening. The store is beautiful! They have a great selection & overall a great atmosphere!
We grabbed cinnamon rolls & coffee & went upstairs & ate. It has an outdoor patio & indoor seating that overlooks the store. Both are great views! They have a microwave & silverware so you can eat here things you purchase.
They also have food bars like a BBQ bar that looked delicious! They also have soups, sushi, sandwiches, pizzas & more you can grab for a complete lunch. All of which looks super yum!
They have a beer, wine & sandwich bar in the back that is restaurant/​bar style. Can’t wait to try rage out.
The cinnamon rolls & vanilla latte we got were both DELICIOUS!!!
They have gorgeous flowers at very reasonable prices. Excited to have this resource.
Overall I highly recommend shopping here & I will be back!
