This place at most is just average.
–although this is a self serve establishment I was not greeted to and the girl that worked there only talked to me to tell me the price of my yogurt
–The flavors are a little too sweet for my taste. and the fruit toppings do not look fresh and have fruit flys.
— I got vanilla and there were chunks in it um no thanks I prefer my yogurt to be smooth
I would just go down to yougurt worx down the road

The place is alright but it wouldn’t be my first choice for frozen yogurt.
The yogurt flavors were too strong and some of them unbearably sweet, the fruit toppings were old and they had fruit flies flying around them. The spoons are cute tho.

We used to frequent this orange leaf fairly regularly. Fro yo was nothing amazing, but it was closest to house & most convenient. We visited tonight after dinner, I used the restroom when we first got there. The sink and toilet were both dirty. I tried to wash my hands and realized there was no soap. Then tried to dry my hands and there were no towels in the dispenser either. Frustrated and wondering how the staff washes their hands, I went and told the young girl behind the register there was no soap or towels in the restroom. She didn’t say a word or acknowledge me and continued talking to her boyfriend behind the counter who was eating his whataburger. No thanks, we left and headed to a much better fro yo place down the street. Won’t be back.

Bought groupon to come here and disappointed. They didnt have good flavors and the tard yogurt was just ice yogurt. I dont think they check up on the quality and inventory so much. I have to spend another 3 groupons here not being very happy. Don’t recommend here if you actually like yogurt, not ice cone.

How about we properly label the dispensers? And then after we properly label the dispensers, how about we make sure our «pistachio» frozen yogurt actually tastes like it. Pretty pathetic experience for me but the toppings were not bad and fresh. My sister did enjoy the flavors/​combinations she got so I suppose it wasn’t all bad

This Orange Leaf location has disappointed me twice. Almost to a point where it’s starting to make me not like Orange leaf anymore. However, I still try to hold on to my first great experience at the Grant Rd. location.
The Louetta Orange leaf is closer to me but the service isn’t great. They hire teenagers that act like they don’t want to be there. At the Grant rd. location, employees would ask if we had any questions or go out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. I brought new customers here because I was raving about how much I loved Orange leaf but they ended up unhappy customers and not a fan of Orange leaf.

I’m impressed! There were so many flavors to choose from as well as toppings! I used a groupon that they had going and got so much fro-​yo! It’s delicious and has a nice atmosphere.
