History

Established in 1987.

Vonda Tackett-​CEO, knowing there was a great need for more quality inbound services, started the business with $ 15,000 and no customers, which was a humbling experience. Through the years, mainly from word of mouth, Rite Response grew, and expanded, purchasing new state of the art equipment and even their own building. Steve Tackett, Vonda’s husband joined the team in 1999, as VP of technology and has contributed greatly to the overall infrastructure growth, and success. The Rite Response team, together, has acquired an incredible amount of industry knowledge, experience, and skill, which has allowed them to confidently and efficiently serve the diverse group of industries they currently answer for throughout the nation.
