Redesign Etc Home Staging

Being an out of town seller, I knew staging would help me market my property but I was worried that I could not be there in person to oversee the process. I received some recommendations from my realtor, and decided to hire Cindy because she assured me that she had done this many times before with similar situations. I was happy with the end result and the process. Cindy did a great job communicating and helped me understand what needed to be done remotely. She sent me suggestions for improvements and staging, with photos and detailed plans room by room, by email. We also discussed our plans in length on the phone. She staged the house on the promised date, and removed the furniture efficiently at the end as well. This was very important for my selling and closing schedules and I appreciated her promptness.
I like that she is organized, has a good eye for color and staging, and has reasonable rates.
