This USED TO BE our go to place for a good sandwich, until today. Half way through my sandwich, my son and I witnessed one guy sneeze over the bin of freshly sliced tomatoes and then wrapped them up with the cellophane. Then as we were filling up our drinks before leaving we witnessed another guy, who just came on duty, reach down into his pants to scratch his behind. Seriously? I know these are young adults but these types of health code violations should be common sense for anyone old enough to work in a restaurant.

I love Jimmy John’s but this location is terrible! They can never make my sandwich correctly and I order exactly what is on the menu… last time I went to this location I ordered the Beach Club and only half of the ingredients actually made it onto my sandwich.
I will never go to this location again.

I love jimmy johns but I went there today at 7:45pm and all the chairs were stacked and the booths were put away and they don’t «close» until 10pm. I wanted to eat there but apparently that was not an option. How does a place start closing down that early!!!

This Jimmy Johns location is absolutely horrible. First time at this location and THE LAST! I can’t understand how a sandwich from 2 of the same places can be COMPLETELY different. I always order the tuna sandwich. I love them. But the bread was hard, the tuna had way too much celery in it, the sandwich was missing cucumbers and to top it off there was no tuna on either sides of my sub only in the middle. The service was horrible as well. Lunch time with only 1 register working and employee standing around on their phones. Horrible.

What an awesome place. I walked in (1st time) and the two individuals at the cashier station made the same suggestion of what a newbie like me would like. I went with it. The place is clean with a younger crowd feel with eighties music, or perhaps I am just early in the day. Anyway, I asked if there was free wi-​fi and they said no. But as I was eating my sandwich one of the workers offered his phone and hot spot. How generous and cool. And the sandwich and chips were pretty awesome.
I’m editing, because, as I was leaving they acknowledged it and wished me a good day. The manager must be proud to have such a good crew on top of their game and fun!

Usually I like Jimmy Johns, but the last three times I have ordered delivery… they have gotten my order wrong!!! Really frustrating. Might just have to pick up from a different location.

A slim sandwich is just meat and bread!!! I ended up with more lettuce on it than if I would have ordered a regular one due to a nasty prep station with lettuce all over it along with the taste of oil and vinegar
I won’t be back to this location!

First time at jimmy johns only because the chipotle line was out the door. Surprisingly amazingly good. I will definitely be back. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they won’t put pickles on your sand which. You have to buy a spear and put it on yourself. Firehouse solves this for you and dices up a spear for you… Another plus is they have blue power aide

I love the Italian sub and BBQ chips are my fav at JJ’s. The bread they use is so good but my complaint is sometimes the bread seems a little tough. Not sure what the cause of that is. Also would be nice to cut the sandwich in half.

I really enjoyed the sandwiches. Good quality and the price is outstanding. Dropped it 1 star because they don’t offer pickles. I know I’m being petty.
For the lower starred reviews, it is important to note that you get a gourmet sandwich when you pay gourmet prices. These are very good sandwiches for a very good price.

Another sandwich shop trying to move in on the $ 5 foot-​long guy’s territory.
Tasty sandwiches, but truly no «wow» factor to really make you run to this place. Ingredients are always fresh to their credit, yet, nothing to make them stand out in the crowd. Pricing will definitely make it a lot harder for these guys to be a true contender.

They only have provolone cheese, no yellow mustard and no pickles? Really? Ordered to-​go and had to carry my sub, chips and drink out by hand as my request for a bag was just plain ignored. First and last visit to Jimmy Johns.
