I love the sandwiches here but the customer service is horrid. I ordered a Mediterranean salad at 11:40 on a Sunday. Apparently they didn’t have any lettuce? He offered me the shredded lettuce they put on the sandwiches as a substitution. Ok he tried. But it was so thin I declined. I asked for a return instead. He went to get his manager then his manager comes out doesn’t say a word to me or even look at me just swipes his card and disappears. Then I continue to wait while they help other guests. It was really rude and inconsiderate. They need a better staff.

After a few people mention and suggest to try this place, my wife and I finally did.
We stopped on way home from work, they close at 9pm and we get there at 8pm on a Friday night.
We went in and asked the worker what he suggests for us since we never been there before.
He stated all sandwiches are very good but stated 2 were his favorites. The Mediterranean and the Wreck. So my wife got the Mediterranean and I got the Wreck. We also had them add every condiment and peppers.
Both sandwiches were awesome and a step up from the Subway subs I’m used to getting.
Plenty of parking and staff was friendly and greeted us promptly.
I highly suggest trying Potbelly’s if you have not.

This potbelly used to be soo wild but now it has calmed down! I’m guessing they have new management? Who knows! But I love this one because they pack those sandwiches to the breaking point (trust me you’re gonna want it like that) it’s just soo yummy! Love the ranch bbq chips! Sometimes I’ll just come for those guys! I stopped eating subway because of this place! Yummy

Slow a$$ service!!! The cashier was very rude! The only guy from the staff was the only one working his butt off. The rest are females and they are so slow, the one making smoothies (older woman) didn’t wear gloves and her hands were dripping water to the smoothie shes making… Sandwiches was good but service sucks!

If you are looking for a sandwich, this is the place. They are always quick and the ingredients are always fresh. My wife loves their soup and usually always orders one. I highly recommend them for a quick business lunch or a weekend treat, ENJOY!

When I went there the first time I received very bland customer service like I was talking to a mono tonic robot but the food was great and was well worth the awkward standing around I would rate higher but they left trash outside that they left themselves

Love this place for lunch. Small menu, but good. U always go for the Italian or The Wreck, but today went for the pizza sandwich. Love the hot peppers! The always have a jazz musician on the patio for lunch.

My first time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised! I had the Mediterranean sandwich with a side of veggie soup. The bread was crunchy and delicious, the contents of the sandwich were all the same texture so that kind of sucked, but what can Ya do. I liked that you can add things if you want. The soup was hot and delicious, I love that they have vegetarian options. Service was great and the line went through fast.
I think it’s a little pricey for not huge portions but good for them. It’s right in a new business center so I business is probably great for them.
I also like that they carry lots of different bottled teas and juices. Lots of variety makes me happy.

I love sandwiches. I like that Potbelly has 2 sizes to choose from and each is a standard price. Chips and drinks are separate. They also offer milkshakes and have giant cookies.

Super busy place but good staff friendly and efficient — the menu was good even for salad which is what I wanted — they also had a sax player out on the patio to entertain customers — pretty cool

Pretty good sandwiches. My favorite is the wreck but I do wish there were more condiment options like other sandwich places. Not much of a wait but I came around 11:30am on a weekday. Also noticed they have a band playing outside on their patio which is nice but its pretty hot outside during this time. They also offer 3 kinds of soups and potato salad and a chick pea salad and a few other salads.

The line was pretty long when I walked in at 1:20. It took about 10 minutes to get wait, order and pay. The first guy putting sandwiches together wasn’t very friendly but the girl putting all the fixings on was much more pleasant. Parking lot was packed so I had to park by the parking garage behind the building. Sandwich was yummy, just not the greatest location. I ordered two turkey sandwiches for my friend and I and had everything but the onions and mustard. Good portion and cost $ 10 for two original sandwiches. Good deal but will use a speedier location next time.

The cashier kept me waiting after I had been waiting after a patron that he had just helped. He chose to run to the other side of the counter to do nothing productive and make me wait. The other employees did not bother to say anything to me or the cashier. The entire staff needs a lesson in customer service. Sandwiches at this location are mediocre at best.

I just love Potbelly subs. I usually get the Italian and my BF gets the Wreck. They also have delicious shakes and ice-​cream-​cookie sandwiches. I definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something quick and fresh.

Very greasy food on the go, if you are in to that sort of stuff.
There is nothing magical about being a fatty, unless making towers of hotdogs disappear is a career. And the food here is something that will make your pants tighter over time, possible heart disease, lack of motivation to exercise.
But it tastes fantastic!
If you are in to all that, this is great stuff. As long as you keep visits to Potbelly’s the same as your trips to the gym. Which means I shouldn’t even be here.

Great location just of I-​10 in Katy just off greenhouse rd. I stopped by and ordered their large Italian sub with the works, minus peppers. It was fresh and prepared quickly. I usually get the wreck sandwich, but changed it up. The place is new, but the staff was on their game and provided great service. Place has tons of seating, half of which is outside and in cool times is great, but I’m not sitting here in July. With the location on the way in to H town, this will be a great option for picking up sandwiches for customers too. They will definitely see me back at this PB and soon I think. Need to try this out!
