I have Hilton Diamond status. I travel all over the US and stay in Hilton properties about once a week. This Doubletree is the worst property I’ve ever stayed in. The service was horrific. I called for an airport shuttle pickup. I was told 20 minutes or less. I waited over an hour! No pick up. When I tried to call back to check on the shuttle they repeated refused to answer their phone. I had to use a taxi. I strongly recommend using another hotel.

Old, dated, and short staffed at times. It was clean, m and wifi was free. But I wasn’t sure if the water stained popcorn ceiling was going to fall on me or not.

We stayed only one night, before our flight home, and enjoyed the clean, spacious room. It’s very convenient to the airport and there are a couple fast food restaurants and convenience store next door.

The van service is awful-leaves for airport only every 30 mins-should be every 15 and when getting picked up at the airport we waited over 40 mins on time and over 30 mins the next visit-the room was so dirty-toothpaste spit on sink-food crusted on bedside table-piece of glass went into my foot from dirty rug-just not clean – in the workout room-a treadmill was broken and a co-worker told me they were there over a month ago and it was broken then-they just do not keep the place up-front desk is nice enough-but the place needs lots of work–

Large hotel. Rooms are tired and seen better days. Property could use a major renovation. But the warm chocolate chip walnut cookies make it all worthwhile. Well that and the Hilton Honors points.

Clean room. Cold A/C. WiFi works good. Free parking. The hotel is a little dated but it has all the amenities you need for an on-airport hotel layover. Friendly staff and the rates were reasonable for the area.

If you’re looking for something super close-by to the airport, then this would be it. Parking and WiFi are free so that’s a plus. However, when I was staying here, they were having some issues with their key machine. They gave me keys, but they weren’t working. The front desk receptionist had to call security to open my room for me, and they didn’t have any idea how long it would take to fix the issue. How did they try to remedy the inconvenience? They gave me some oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Really, though. Of all the hotels that I’ve stayed in, this was the only one with a key issue. Other than that, the check-in process was super quick. However, after reading the hotel details, everybody’s supposed to get cookies when they check in; so really, they didn’t fix anything. I was given the doubles room. I would have preferred a king room, but I was only here for a night so that didn’t matter. The beds and the sheets were clean and they were comfortable enough. The A/C blew high and the room was cold. You get a microwave in the room and your coffee machine. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels if you’re staying with family or friends. I didn’t get to use the gym or the pool so I can’t comment on that. This was really just a place for me to quickly rest my head before getting out of the area I wouldn’t mind staying here again if I get to pay the rate that I paid. I placed a bid on Priceline and I got this room for only $ 50/night(plus taxes obviously), but that’s so much better than paying about the same rate and staying at a motel 6 or at a super 8. So, if you need some emergency room to sleep in, try priceline first before settling for a low-end motel.

While they will accommodate you for a night — do not stay here if you have allergies. They pump in some kind of citrus air freshener that is so strong your clothes will smell like it’s all throughout the first floor. No one attends Starbucks in Lobby so best to hit a regular store. Unfortunate as it is so close to airport.

Their restaurant/bar is very dirty. The place needs a total renovation. The wait staff is polite. But, they stand around and talk to each other. Food is very average. Beer is expensive. To be in a Double Tree… Very unimpressive. It is obviously lacking in management.

If I could give this hotel a negative review, I would. One star is very generous. I have no other options. The transportation to airport, quoted by front desk staff is a short 10 minutes. I am forced to stay here because of contract. The time from front desk of hotel to airport is never less than 30 minutes. The rooms are dirty. I had dirty top sheets. I would have had housekeeping give me clean sheets but was able to change that myself with the sheets that appeared to be clean from the other bed. I simply did not have time for them to figure out where my room was and then figure out they needed to bring sheets laundered within the last month. You have many choices near the airport area if you must. Check it out and run from this dump.

Please stay here if you like ice cold showers and no hot water. It’s a fantastic way to start the day. It’s also recommended if you like to hear people stomping so loud in the room above it sounds like it might collapse!

Pretty good breakfast and lunch buffet. Understaffed a bit. They don’t know about the Unilocal offer so don’t bother.

Dirty out dated rooms with a coffee maker that didn’t work and a shower that didn’t work. The carpets smelled like urine. It was So bad that we had to check out early. The restaurant was horrible, both the service, cocktails and the food. THEMOSTDISGUSTING margaritas I have ever tasted, one sip and I had to send it back… AMYWHERE but here…

Hotel portion was adequate other than mold on the shower curtain and peeling paint/wallpaper. Derrick’s Saloon, which is what passes for their restaurant, was beyond horrible. Server was not just rude but belligerent. Took 15 min to get water, 20 min to get cocktail, and didn’t get food order placed until we finally asked for a different server. Food was mediocre to inedible. Just looking for a quick bite after a long day of travel. Instead was lucky not to get food poisoning. Run don’t walk!
