Food tasted very good. Order was prepared promptly and servers were attentive for refills. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. My favorite is combo 1
The place gets crowded and during lunch hour the lines become lengthy. They have about 4 – 5 registers open, so be patient, as lines move swiftly
They have a server that brings your food to your table and one that continues to check up with you for your refills and to pick up any dirty trays
Chick fila has free wifi, so U can enjoy surfing while eating your favorite fast food. Since this location is on a shopping strip and kroger, there is no shortage of parking. Also restaurant itself is spacious with an indoor playroom for children.
There is a LA fitness right behind so after you’re done with a busy workout, head over to chick fila to Enjoy the true and real chicken breast sandwich.

Fresh, hot food and very very fast. I usually drive-​thru. Attentive servers (sometimes overly so.) They’ve only forgotten my sauce a few times.

It’s Chick-fil-a…nuf said… It’s my daughter’s absolute favorite place to eat (especially since they have a play area). I like the Cobb salad or the wrap with their avocado lime ranch dressing (yummy!). My husband likes their spicy chicken sandwich. A family fav place to go.

If you haven’t tried their breakfast taco, you must try them tomorrow morning. They are great! This location has courteous employees and I’ve never had a complaint.

This location gives poor customer service, the workers act like they don’t even want to be there. The food is ok like any other chik-​fil-​a. There is nothing about this location that stands out except they are good for screwing up and order and the workers are like blah about being there. Just go to another locate is my advice.

Good service first time but the second time I was disrespected by the manager. He approached me and my group of friends by asking why we were back.

This particular chik fil a is my absolute favorite. Never once been disrespected and they are so polite and attentive all the time. I come here for lunch a lot and they always get my order right and out in a timely manner. They are very organized and very clean, I always enjoy my visit.

When it comes to fast food restaurants Chick Fil A is simply the best. They have a great product with their chicken based meals. They are tasty and usually a healthier option than other fast food places. On top of that their restaurants are clean and well managed. The people who work there are better trained and managed than other chains.
This restaurant has been open for about a year now. It meets all of the criteria above.

I just went to this location… ordered a regular chick-​fil-​a sandwich because I had a gift card. When I got to the window to pay and pick up my food… they said my card had been used. They asked if I used the card before… of course I haven’t…I wouldn’t give over a used card plus they normally keep the card after they swipe the card. I told them that I wouldn’t have knowingly given a used card. Unfortunately, I didn’t have cash on me so I told the lady that that was o.k. and was about to drive off. She stopped me and said that’s ok, I’ll give you one. So naturally I thanked her… she was after all trying to make an embarrassing moment better (over under $ 4.00). As I was proceeding to tell her that I had the card because I order catering… she came back to say that the man (whom I assume to be the manager) that had helped her swipe the card earlier said that she could NOT give me a sandwich. I didn’t get the chance to tell her or the other person that I order catering every month for close to $ 300 every month of the year which is why I had the gift card… not that it would matter. Needless to say the experience was embarrassing and their attempt to make it better made it worse.
I’ve been to this location a few times before but I will think twice before returning to this location. Two tips…1) check your gift card before trying to use it use it… I know common sense and 2) check the temperature of your fries before driving off the lot turning around on Beltway 8 to get fresh fries is frustrating. Side thought… I wonder if gift cards or ever mistakenly not loaded correctly… mmmm? After my experience, I guess not!

It’s clean, fast, the service is good and the good is exactly what you’d expect from a Chick-​fil-​a. The reason I gave them a 3 instead of a 5 is because their tea almost always tastes bad in the evenings. I have no idea what it is… It’s fine when I got by to get tea during the day, but it tastes like its a couple of days old and/​or has been sitting out in the sun by 7:00 or 8:00. It’s not just once or twice, but the majority of the times that I’ve been by. After a dozen times or so, I’ve stopped going at night for tea.

I really like this location, it is very clean. They are always very attentive. Like most Chikfila, they are kind, and they don’t mind when we end up staying around for the kids to play in the playground.

Spankin new Chick-​fil-​a near my house = clean play area for the kiddos. This one is a lot bigger and cleaner than the one on 1960 and N. Eldridge. Service is super friendly and super nice. Do the staff always come up to you and ask if you need anything or a refill? I actually never dined at Chik-​fil-​a until now. As of late this is our new frequent stop for playdates. I usually get the Asian Salad because I’m Asian lol and I like to pretend I’m eating healthy and it’s actually not. The 8 count nuggets have less calories, crazy huh?! But its still so good.

I would like to thank the staff at this location for making our experience great. The waiters were kind, the owner greeted us when we walked in, and it was a great meal. Those in my group who had never dined in were surprised at how kind and attentive the staff was. This location is keeping the spirit of Chick-​fil-​A alive. Well done!

I love chick fil a. Not only because of their food but because of their service.
Unlike other fast food chains, chick fil a is always friendly and pleasant. You can hear the friendliness even through the drive thru speakers. You feel good paying $ 9 because they’re so nice.
HOWEVER.
This Chick Fil A is the worst location I’ve been to. Worse than the Chick Fil A ON the UT Austin campus.
The workers didn’t smile. They didn’t greet me. It took long to get my food. They just threw the food at me. And they didn’t say sorry.
Will not be coming here ever again.
