Not terribly awful, but not a good location. The food was«eh» and wasn’t as well put-together as it should have been.

Just your everyday standard Taco Bell. Although this one also has a KFC. So you can get a drumstick and a bean burrito. Nothing special. Just fast food

We were getting out of the car to go in and eat, it was 20 mins until 10pm. A young lady began obnoxiously knocking on the door to inform us they were closed. She then unlocked the door to let some one out of the lobby. 1. Locked doors before official closing 2. Couldn’t even open the door to speak and tell us they were closed. Just rudely knocked on the door. Not getting our business.

Second trip in here and it was a mess both times. Tostada looked like it was prepped sideways. They also handed it to me sideways. They have no pride in their work. No smile no nothing. The lady taking my order was overly polite and sounded clearly fake. Which is just as bad if u ask me. If I say no rice I don’t mean no lettuce! Can u put the sour cream across the taco not just in one corner. And my burrito was layered. I got beans, then lettuce, then cheese, onion and tomatoes. Then a big chunk of sour cream at the end. Seriously wonder if they do it on purpose cause both times it was this way.

This is consistently one of the worst Taco Bell/KFC locations I’ve ever been to. My wife and I have lived nearby for years, and *every single* time we’ve been here, something has gone wrong. They rarely get an order correct. Their customer service is so poor it’s laughable. And they seem incapable of turning a bad experience around. We’re not the type to complain, but when we’ve tried to raise our issues with the manager, they do nothing more than mutter a halfhearted apology. This is not a one-time occurrence. It’s every. Single. Time. Over a span of more than 10 years. You would think that with the high level of turnover in fast food restaurants, this would be limited to the odd occurrence here and there. Because that is not the case, and the entire experience is so bad so often, we can only conclude that it’s a management or corporate culture problem. Tonight we waited for more than 20 minutes for our order. Which was wrong. Again. Go to any of the other restaurants around here. Avoid this location like the plague.

Ah Taco Bell — how I love your fast food! Its quick, its simple and its tasty. Yet, somehow this particular Taco Bell can screw it up in many, many, ways. I think the major problem at this Taco Bell is that is also a KFC, and the people who work here only seem to be concerned about the chicken. In fact, they’re surprised when I do order my food from the Taco Bell menu. I’m not certain if its the incompetent people making the food, or the person who can’t seem to find a simple taco supreme from the cash register, or the pimply faced snotty nosed 16 yr old who has more attitude than Charlie Sheen when he’s sober. I suppose they have high turn over here — the place is absolutely filthy on the inside — from the floors to the nasty tables. The service floor in the kitchen had trash everywhere and nobody really cared. I felt sorry for the people actually ordering chicken here, because they have had broken equipment for the last week and can’t seem to be bothered by the fact that their customers actually want chicken. So, if you’re craving Taco Bell, I wouldn’t stop in here — unless you’re ready for a frustrating episode in customer service. Or if you actually wanted chicken.
