All of the employees at this location were very helpful and attentive. Among all the things I was looking for was one item that I had only heard about, but wasn’t sure what brand or honestly if it even existed. The employee who offered to help had never seen it, but said he would go ask. I thought he would just forget and not come back. he actually went to go get his manager who tried to help me look around the store. She then said she would come back and go look at their inventory just by my description. We had pretty much looked everywhere so I figured– let me just go check out because they are probably not coming back. Well they found me at the check out line and told me they unfortunately didn’t carry it, but they did find it online and found what brand it was so verified its existence! They were apologetic and very nice! Definitely went above and beyond!!!

Really nice experience at this location! The lady who assisted me was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I believe her name was Jennifer? I could be wrong, but she was very patient and accommodating with my exchange. It was a bit complicated, but everything was resolved! She managed to retrieve my coupon and applied it to my new purchase. Store was pretty organized, didn’t have a hard time finding what I was looking for.

Great customer service here. It’s a one stop shop for just about anything for your bedroom, bathroom, small pets section, kitchen, etc. Keep an eye out for the coupons in the mail or join their mailing list for occasional coupons and updates.

This store is a mess during the holidays. They have a whole section on one side of the store full of toiletries and other junk. I’ve never seen shampoo and things like that in a Bed Bath and Beyond before. Made it look a little cheap. The worst part of this store during the holidays were the check out lines. They had about five lines open but there’s no room to wait because of aisle displays and it’s just a big mess. Some people didn’t know if they were in line or not and one line was six people deep because they didn’t know other registers were open and there were other lines. I will avoid on the weekends.

A good store and more expansive than the Kirby location, both in size and in its available products. This location has an added section for run-​of-​the-​mill stuff like vitamins and almost grocery/​non-​food items.
The key is to use their heavily marketed 10% and 20% coupons and if you can, buy online and have it sent to the store. This helps save you delivery fees, ensures that you get a new item (not a store returned or floor model or even something that has been handled a lot) and if you don’t like it after seeing it, the return is easy in-​store.
A lot of past reviewers liken this place to Target and I would agree but remember that the emphasis here is bed and bath, with the beyond part staying within household items. I still think that a trip here is worthwhile for me.

BBB is always a great place to get all your kitchen and bath gadgets, bedding, As Seen on TV stuff, wedding gifts, etc etc. This location now has a personal care department complete with toothpastes, lotions, soaps, and the like. 20% coupons are mailed pretty regularly so I try to make sure and wait for those. Watch those impulse buys!

Love BBB and they make a great giftcard present as anyone can find something useful at this store and you can clip 20% of coupons with mailers that they send pretty regularly. It allows you to stretch your funds to get stuff.

I have always liked this place. It can be a bit more expensive, but generally if you use one of their 20% off coupons you pay equal or below competitors pricing. Why do I like this place so much then? Their return policies make it really easy to return something even months later even without a receipt. As long as they still carry the product you are probably in the clear. I also love anything dealing with cooking and bedding. So this is a one stop shop for me. Just make sure to sign up for their emails, texts, and mailers ahead of time to maximize your savings.

Bed Bath and Beyond (or BBB as I lovingly refer to them) is one of my favorite places to shop. Their product selection is unmatched by any other store except perhaps Amazon, and there’s no better place to register for your wedding– they have everything you could possibly need.
They are a bit more expensive than other stores, but it’s almost too easy to get a 20% off coupon. I get them in the mail, via text, and in my email at least once a month! I signed up for the text coupons and got one within 5 minutes, and was able to use it right away.
They have a newer section of the store called «Harmon’s Face Values» where they have standard drugstore type goods– makeup, medicine, home goods, etc. The prices on these items are excellent– better than I find at Walgreen’s or CVS, or even Wal-​Mart. Combined with your 20% off coupon and you’ve got a steal of a deal. Take the time to peruse the items over there, and check out the prices. You will probably start buying your OTC medicine from BBB!
The only issue I have is that the staff can either be really helpful, or nonexistent. It seems that every time I have a question, or need help finding a specific item, no one is on the floor. But that’s a small price to pay for the convenience and value of the items I can buy at BBB.

I love some of the stuff they have here, but honestly I feel like it is over priced.
You can find a lot of similar items at Target for about ½ the price. I’d NEVER shop here with out a coupon. Don’t think you can sign up for the text coupon in the store because it will take about a week or so for them to get it to you.
I came here recently to purchase a wedding gift. They do offer free «wrapping» meaning they put it in one of their branded boxes with a purple bow on it. Not too shabby if the person is registered there. My mom and both got items boxed up and it literally took them 30 minutes. There wasn’t even a line. We both had items that were boxes going inside their box. Didn’t think it was that hard. Not only that when my package was done being wrapped the associate just left me sitting there with out informing me. This same associate was also having a conversation about using the restroom #2 style right in front of my face. For real? Are you kidding me? GROSS.
I hate this store in particular and I’d honestly ONLY ever come here if a friend or family member was registered here for their wedding.

I love Bed Bath and Beyond there is many things to choose from. I can be there all day looking at products. I was in a hurry, because I went there to get a wedding gift. The Couple was registered there. I went to the Registry area and asked for the registry list. At first he thought I wanted to register like if I was the one getting married hahaa. I informed him that it is for another couple not for me. It felt kind of weird and awkward at first because the machine was taking a long time so It was just quiet we were not speaking and waiting for the list to print. The employee didn’t say much, but finally after about good 7 minutes the list printed out. I should of got them a gift earlier. When I got the list almost all was out and what was left was kitchen wear. I know that what is on the list is what they choose, but I didn’t feel right getting them that. They deserve something better so I just bought them a gift card. I was running out of time I really wanted to stay but I had to hurry, because I was running out of time.
Overall, this place is great the employees can be a little more helpful, but I still love this place.

Pricey! I wouldn’t go there to shop if I don’t have any coupons. I went there because I had to return something that I bought using store credit. One thing that I really like about them is that they will accept returns without receipts as long as you have tags on items. The customer service at this location seems alright, comparing to some other ones.

This store is right off I-​10, tons of free parking, and chock full of stuff! They’ve now expanded into cosmetics, lotions, etc., and carry an amazing selection of cosmetics, creams, and the like, far outpacing the likes of, say, CVS or Walgreen’s. Several notes, however: they’re pricey. Just no getting around it. Secondly, they need more help. The wait at the registers is too long. Thirdly, I see no point in doing product demonstrations during the weekdays when most people are at work. Reward for working: no weekend product demonstrations or samples! That line of thinking needs to change. They have reorganized this store for a little better flow, which is nice.

The five stars are for the PRODUCT SELECTION!
I am a toiletry and drugstore make-​up junkie. They have EVERYTHING you can imagine in that section. I don’t come here for pillows, sheets, or K-​Cups. I come here for deo, toothbrushes, soap and mascara.
They put Target and Wal-​Mart to shame with their selection of skin care, lotions, soaps, natural items, make-​up, powders, feminine products and even things for «private time». The selection really knocked my socks off. It’s hard to find Palmer’s skin care and even the entire biore line. They sell items that I didn’t know existed made by brands I already love.
Will continue to come here over Target from now on. All they need to add is laundry detergent and I will def be here every week!
I should subtract a star for them only have 2 deep fryers (which I looked for on a whim) but I am just too excited about all the other finds!

Average service. But I was able to find a great selection of things here for the house. I prefer this location for it’s convenient proximity.

A great place to register for wedding gifts! BBB has an abundance of items that every house needs. Each time I’ve been there, I have been approached by multiple staff members asking if I needed any assistance.
I had absolutely no issues returning any gifts, even those that I received outside of my registry. I was issued a gift card for anything that I brought back.
I love that there is always a coupon here, including the 10% off that is sent to complete your registry. Make sure to sign up for their emails to receive a 20% coupon every month. If you forget it, they will allow you to bring it in later with your receipt for the discount.

Wedding registration at Bed-​Bath is the best thing ever. They gave us a pricing gun and let us loose in the store to tag away– super fun! Little did I know that not all Bed-​Bath locations carry the same items – basically the towels, dinnerware, and table items can vary from place to place, so our guests didn’t have quite the easy time finding things as we had hoped. Still, they have a return policy that can’t be beat and we were able to take things back to the store and get other stuff we really wanted. I love you Bed-​Bath!

I have mixed feelings about B3. This week a friend and I went to this location to return some of her wedding gifts. The return process was painless, and she was issued a gift card.
We spent the next two hours shopping. Not once did a floor associate offer us assistance. I saw that the Margerator was $ 30 higher than the price at Fry’s. That was a big turnoff. I only bought two items on clearance: a bathroom rug ($ 12), and a tablecloth ($ 10). The retail markup on their regular priced items is too high.
There was a better selection of curtain styles than bedding styles. There was too much sage, rust, black, blue, and gray in bedding. There were also a lot of horrific brown & baby blue patterns that will look as dated in 30 years as 1970’s color schemes do now. Whoever the buyer is for this chain needs to realize that he/​she is not the authority on taste. Mix it up a little. What you find hideous will be someone else’s bed of paradise.
Another thing that annoyed me. why are PediEggs displayed all over the store? I love PediEggs but I don’t want to see them every time I turn around. They remind me of grating dead skin flakes.
If you are on a budget, do not shop here without bringing a 20% off coupon. Dig through clearance items first. Sign up for their mailing list on the website and you will be mailed coupons if you’re lucky. I haven’t seen any lately.
