I come here quite often for my supplies for my crafts, they always have what I am looking for. However, a lot of the employees are not friendly. I hope you don’t need anything right when they open at 9am because you will get the dirtiest looks from the employees in front. I have been to this location numerous times right at 9am and have not ONCE has anyone greeted me or any other person walking in at the same time. I give 5 stars for the product availability but the customer service knocks it down to a 3.

I’ve been to this Hobby Lobby many times before. I really don’t like the location since it’s right by I-​10 and beltway. But it’s so clean and there are many employees around to help. Love that they have a girl organizing the material section only. Really helpful for people needing material cut. The restrooms are super clean as well! Love this HL!

Worst Hobby Lobby I’ve ever been to. Poorly maintained & smaller square footage than the 2 Northern California stores I frequent at home. Had big hopes since Hobby Lobby is new to California but certainly well known throughout the Midwest & Southern regions. I thought everything was bigger in Texas?!

Best prices, greatest selection of anything you need and great people working at the store to help! An artists dream come true!

It is a well organized store with a good selection of scrapbook and fabric materials. They also have good sales so you never have to pay full price for anything if you don’t mind being patient. Don’t forget to print out their coupons online to maximize savings. One of my favorite reasons to shop there is for their door/​drawer knobs. They are a super easy way to give a piece of furniture you own an instant face lift.

Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite stores… EVER. It is my happy place. I love that you can always find what you are looking for to decorate your house for the holidays or items you will need to create something special.
Random tip: they have the BEST wrapping paper. You might think it is a little pricey for wrapping paper, but you get way more than the stuff you buy at other stores, there is a grid on the back to help cut straight lines, and it is really thick so if you are a perfectionist when it comes to wrapping, like me, then you will never buy the cheap stuff again. Spend the extra $ 1 – 3 people! :)

What a bunch of freaks that run this business. Google their politics. I don’t care what they sell — that they think they have the rights over their employees in their bedrooms (they want to prevent health insurance coverage in respect to reproduction) is enough for me to shop anywhere but at Hobby Lobby. How absolutely disrespectful they are of American women. Who do they think their customers are??? Michael’s and AC Moore, I’m back!!!

I’ve been shopping here for a long time, but over the years I’ve been getting fed up with their service. Like today, for instance… the drama I received over wanting to return a $ 3.50 item AND I had a receipt! I just get this weird vibe from the store and the employees. I’m almost sure it has to do with their «Holy-​er than Thou» ethics. I will def shop there less.

This location is usually well-​stocked and organized so I can find what I need. I do have problems sometimes not being able to tell what is cheap and flimsy if it’s inside packaging. For instance I bought some folded gift boxes to put treats in during Christmas and I ended up having to tape them all because the cheap glue didn’t hold. Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for sometimes.
You can print coupons online but to me their website is sort of a blast from the past — but that’s really more of a corporate issue. They also usually offer a coupon in the local newspaper.
Despite its flaws, I always come back to Hobby Lobby for craft supplies, picture frames, vases, home décor… I like it all!

Hobby Lobby is my favorite places to go for art and craft supplies. They offer a wide selection of materials to choose from, so whether you’re scrap booking, building model planes/​cars/​trains/​buildings, a painter, or have one of about a million other hobbies, they most likely have everything you’re looking for!
I greatly prefer Hobby Lobby over Michael’s, even though Michael’s tends to be cheaper. Michael’s, to me, is more for the «kiddy» crafts– beading kits and weaving kits, as well as low-​quality supplies for other projects. The only thing that Michael’s is able to compete with Hobby Lobby in is artificial flowers– and even then, Hobby Lobby has a LARGE selection of flowers and plants to choose from.
The secret of shopping at Hobby Lobby is to wait for what you’re looking for to be on sale. they have weekly specials that change every Monday, so if you’re looking for something specific I’d recommend waiting a week to see if it’s on sale next week. 50% off is an awesome way to purchase supplies! They also have a standing «40% off one regular priced item» available to print on-​line, so if you absolutely have to buy something that’s not on sale, you can at least save 40%.
I’ve never had any issues with the staff, although I did have one associate at the checkout counter ring my purchases up incorrectly. I was reading the receipt while walking out the the car, and came right back in and had it correct quickly. The service I get is usually fast and friendly, and I have no complaints. I do wish they were open later than 8pm (9 during the Christmas holiday season), and not being open on Sundays is great for their employees, but a pain for me at times.
Other than their open times, I love this store. It’s pretty easy to get to (right off I-​10 and the beltway), and they have ample parking. If you’re looking for a place to get your inner crafter excited, stop by Hobby Lobby!

As an amateur crafter, I need lots of help and suggestions. Well, I shouldn’t have come here. Like so many other retail stores, there are simply no floor clerks available (or even visible) to help. When I finally found a helpful young man, he truly knew less about the particular craft than I. Yes, there’s loads of merchandise in the store. Yes, there’s ample parking. Yes, it’s close to the freeway. No, this place does not encourage developing your inner crafter.

I’m not sure if it’s just this Hobby Lobby or all of them, but I don’t like the set-​up because it’s hard for me to find things. I needed string lights which I eventually found after a lot of wandering around, and asking employees in the party section and wedding section which were on opposites sides of the store.
The staff seem knowledgeable about their stock and where things are located. There are a LOT of employees around. Some will go out of their way to help you, while others will answer your questions, and go back to what they were doing. So it just depends on your luck.

Great location. I can always find what I want and get in and out quickly. Don’t forget to print out a coupon online!

I truly wish there was a hobby lobby in town because I live in town and would shop more frequently. BUT enough of that… I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Hobby Lobby.
I use this place for all my creative gifts. Iron on letters, candles, home décor, cards, fleece (for a no-​sew blanket), christmas décor, party décor, bridal shower ideas… you name it… they can tell ya how to make it!
In all honesty, every person that works there can answer my question or point me in the right direction. Not open Sundays, best to go on a weekday. TIP: Go online to the hobby lobby website and get a 40% off coupon. NEVER pay full price because everything goes on sale eventually.

I love Hobby Lobby. This location is no exception. They always are well-​stocked, and like most, have excellent sales. The only downside is the feeder road is pretty crazy to get back on from the parking lot.

This Hobby Lobby location is very reliable and usually the one I go to when I need to find something that they don’t have at the other locations.
The place is nicely staffed and well stocked.
Unfortunately, there are too many speedbumps and potholes in the parking lot which is kind-​of annoying!
