Recommended by a family friend and was happy to have some feedback on this shop. Never nice going cold into a auto shop for repairs when you are new to an area. First visit but it will be my go to shop from now on. Knew I needed front brakes on used vehicle I purchased over the summer, Russ at Atlas was great and did a complete assessment of the vehicle. Told me no need to do the back brakes as they had 70% life left on them which is nice to hear from a shop instead of «let’s just replace them all». Did front brakes and service for a very reasonable price. Don’t feel like I got gouged or told I needed any unnecessary work. Clean shop and easy access, car in and out the same day. Definitely worth the recommendation, would have gone 5 stars but will have to wait for a return visit to prove themselves worth 5 out of 5 stars. Just can’t give them a 5 on a first visit.

This shop tried to charge me $ 60 to replace the turn signal light in my BMW. I was told it is this expensive because of the difficulty accessing it, and the time it would take. I called them out on this, and the owner(I presume) barked back at me. Very rude! I watched a YouTube video and did it myself in ten minutes. I would definitely warn women not to go to the shop alone, as it could be why they tried to take advantage of me. I regret the previous repairs I had done in this shop, as I always thought the prices were outrageous. Should have stopped after the first quote. My advice would be to find a more honest shop.

Absolute WORST shop I have ever been to. A one star rating is being nice. Been working on my own cars for over ten years, and have worked in the automotive industry for the last eight. Took my truck in to have my used part, what i thought to be, professionally installed. Once the repair was done, a horrible rattle appeared on my way home. I brought the vehicle back to them telling them they had left my ½ think metal skid plate loose and left a bungee chord wrapped around all of my hoses while letting my wires drag on my serpentine belt, tearing into the insulation. Was told«[my] vehicle is nine years old and [I] gave them a used part, what did [I] expect. [I] knew nothing about cars» First of all, I take great care of my car. The vehicle has only 100,000 miles on it and drives like a dream. Second, it was not the part nor the performance of the used part i have given them that i had and issue with. The owner then had the audacity to threaten to call the cops saying I was trespassing! He would not take responsibility for his nor his mechanics actions. I am sorry but no vehicle or customer should be treated like this. They say they are JEEP specialists. Though they know nothing about JEEPs. Rude employees, incompetent mechanics, and the absolute worst owner I have ever met running an automotive repair facility. I would highly advise that no one ever take their car or truck to this shop.

Honest, reliable, and fast — what more could you want! My family has been using these guys for the past 15 years and wouldn’t consider taking our cars anywhere else. Highly recommend.

These guys are pretty awesome. Customer service is 5 stars and the actual repairs I’ve had from them(so far two) has so far been 5 stars as well. I only deducted a point because my old mechanic charges less for the same repairs(that mechanic was great but I moved out of his area and he is kind enough to advise me from time to time so I don’t get worked over). These guys do have a larger operation and understanably higher overhead, but I feel it warrants one less star. The staff does deserve credit for being very helpful friendly and polite. They do seem to know their stuff and are willing to advise you. I have a ’99BMWE36 and I do not take this car into just any repair shop. It’s a complicated machine, repairs are generally very high(the parts are expensive), and you need specialized equipment just to run the tests. These guys do seem to know their stuff and I do trust them with this car.

When replacing a couple of tires on my wife’s minivan, Discount Tire broke a couple of the lug bolts & told us to us to visit Atlas Auto. WOW! What a pleasant experience. We set up the appintment with Jeff for 9:30 am this past Saturday. I followed my wife to Atlas. My 10 year old son joined me for the trip, he really wanted to stay home & watch TV. As soon as we got there, we were immediately seen to & Jeff seeing my son gave him a toy car to keep. A Ferrari! What a nice touch. Jeff told us to pick up the minivan at 1:00 pm. I took my wife back at 1:00& it was ready. Jeff handed my wife a rose with some other flowers. Again, what a nice touch. Since this was Discount Tires error, we didn’t pay anything. This is a family owned business with a CLEAN shop & folks that know how to handle customer care. Jeff, keep up the GREAT work. We will be back!
