The place was a mess when I walked in. It looked like they had just moved in. Display case was practically empty. The few bouquets that stood sparsely on the shelves looked pitiful but I needed a plant fast and decided to make it work. The owner, an older Hispanic gentleman (or at least I think he was the owner) was very personable. I was in a rush and really needed to go so could have used a little less chatter but something tells me he only did that because I was the only one in the store. I probably won’t be back as it’s not near me and was merely on the way to my destination. By the time he gets the placed fixed up I’m sure it will be a lovely shop.

Excellent Customer Care!!! I needed to attended a funeral a couple of weeks ago and at the last minute I was unable to go. I called this florist and asked if they might be able to deliver a bouquet of roses in less than two hours. They were more than happy to take my order and deliver the flowers on time. They even made a special effort to take a picture of my order and text it to me. What a wonderful service! I was able to see the arrangement prior to its delivery and was happy I was able to send along my sympathy to my friends at their time of loss. I highly recommend this florist! You will be very happy!

I strongly recommend Houstonian Flowery for any event. Nikki and her husband helped make our 25^th wedding anniversary celebration the best! They were absolutely on top of their customer service game — calling to remind me of things, designing the perfect arrangements, using excellent quality flowers, showing up exactly on time and even making an impromptu extra trip back to the shop when one of our projects needed more greenery. The arrangements also served as take home gifts and many days later we were still getting compliments. The tables looked exquisite. Thank you Nikki for obliging my list of special requirements and for helping us create a grand memory filled celebration. You were awesome!

called a #delivery in to the experienced #florist for my mother on this #valentines day. when they arrived promptly I got a very Happy mom on vday. this florist always takes care of all my last minute gifting needs.

I have been a customer here for almost 10 years, and as long as I am in the memorial area it is the only shop i buy flowers from. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and his prices are always reasonable. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone.
