I’ve used them to buy and sell cars, used their dyno services many many times, and have a number of very good friends that use their storage /​Vault services and are very pleased with the services they provide. My husband and I have three cars in the vault and we love it, we have seen other car storage places and this is by far the best one we’ve seen in the states, the place is clean and open to us to check on our cars all the time and they have everything you may think for your, the in house service and detailing is very convenient when we want to prepare our cars for different shows or events. If you are looking for an excellent and affordable car storage this is the place, we don’t even live in Houston, but when we go a 30 minutes call ahead is enough for them to prepare our cars to be driven.

Took my ’06 911 in for it’s 60k mile service. Mark, the service manager had excellent attention to detail. All work done perfectly and for a very reasonable cost vs. dealer; however my car was still under it’s CPO factory warranty and Mark pointed out that a) the water pump seal was close to the edge, and b) there was some synchro wear on 5^th gear when shifting — both of which he said should elict some warranty attention. He then gave me the specific information of an specific agent at one of the local dealer shops with whom he does a lot of business who I should get to take a look at my car. I followed Mark’s advice and wound up with a new water pump AND a new transmission (!!!) under my warranty. I am so pleased with the attention, honesty and professionalism with this shop and highly recommend.

I’ve had work done by Steve for my ClearBra installation and just had custom exhaust work done by Mark this weekend. Both guys did top notch work and I couldn’t be happier. This shop was very good about communication with me and the exhaust work came out perfect. Thanks guys!

I’ve called several times to try to get a quote to have a SSK (short shift kit) installed on my 911. I called on Monday and Jennifer took my name and number to have one of the techs to call me back. Guess what? No call back! I called again today and she tried to take my name and number again. I told her that they obviously did not want my business and hung up. I intend on spending money with these people, but due to their lack of communication, I will never do business with them! Again, Jennifer, would it be that hard for you to walk to the back and get one of the guys on the phone if «their phones are not working back there»???

After calling from Austin about a car which was listed on an on-​line website, we made the 3 hour drive to Houston, with the intention of purchasing that car. The pictures and description of the car implied that it was pretty much in show car condition, and it was with that expectation that we drove down with check in hand, planning to come home with a nice classic car.
First, even though this place has a big fancy, glass-​walled building, and some incredibly beautiful and pricey cars ($ 200−300k range and up!), we were pretty under-​whelmed with the staff there. Beginning with the chewing gum-​chewing high school babe at the desk, who apparently was more interested in dreaming about nail polish color than helping customers… then «Matt» the salesman came out… guy looked like somebody you’d see sitting at the bar of some seedy dive after midnight! I guess Matt had more important things to do than work with lowly customers (although the parking lot and showroom were deserted), as he assigned some young eager-​beaver lot boy to show us the car.
Our first glimpse of the car was with a big puddle of oil oozing from underneath, which Brandon explained was an unexpected malady that had just occurred. Looking under the hood, it appeared the oil line to the pressure gage had broken. Then Brandon proceeded to show me this box of parts that would come with the car, many pieces which «just needed to be installed». There were a few trim pieces, but unfortunately, no «airplane» handle for the trunk, the absence of which really accentuated the two big holes in the boot deck itself!
It only took us about 3 minutes walking around the car to make a firm decision. The paint job had needs too numerous to mention… cracks, small bubbling, separations, etc. Applying the term «brightwork» to the exterior trim would be a misnomer, because it was clear that the so-​called restoration some years back must have accidently missed polishing of any of these pieces.
Okay, trying to make the best of this, and thinking they might take a really lowball offer, I decided to sit inside and get the feel. First, the driver door would NOT fully latch… no amount of slamming or coaxing would get it to fully shut, basically leaving a partially open door that could be moved in and out about ½″.
Next, I tried to adjust the seat position but that poorly stuffed, saggy, wobbly seat was just not going to be budged from its current position. That was particularly sad, since if the position it was sitting was «all there is», then my 6’2″ frame is just not going to be compatible with an Alfa Giulietta.
All in all, the general feel of the interior contrasted starkly with the crisp look depicted in the website pictures. Clearly, none of the little chrome/​aluminum thingy’s inside had ever seen a polishing cloth since new. Even the upholstery, which looked so nice on the website, just had that long-​in-​the-​tooth feel about it up close and personal.
Within 10 minutes, we were gone, leaving that little red car behind with no regrets, but with a bit of disappointment. I guess the only good thing about the whole experience is that the car’s condition was so much worse than we imagined (or depicted on their website), there was absolutely no struggling about a decision.
Sadly, I doubt I would ever consider that dealership again. I can’t imagine anyone putting a car up for sale at that price and not taking the time to adjust the door so it would shut! That’s not the kind of people I want to deal with!
