I went in this AT&T just looking to get a new phone and walked out with a new phone, iPad mini and a LG tablet for a ridiculously low price. Jaime was our sales rep and was very helpful, patient and nice. He spent the time to make sure we got the best deal on everything. From my experience, all employees at this location were very helpful. I calculated what we would have spent on retail for all the items we received versus what we actually paid and we had total savings of 85%. I think that says enough in itself. I would recommend this store location to anyone and will be coming back here for sure.

I went in to the Studemont store with a difficult issue regarding resetting my e mail password. Mark was SO helpful, knowledgeable, and said «hmm, this is going to take some time, but I will get this figured out». Almost three hours later as he worked with tech support and assisted other customers while on hold himself — it finally worked. Mark even requested to speak to the supervisor of a tech support person to commend her. I want everyone to know what a great job he’s doing!

So I went to the AT&T store on Taylor they had me get on this waiting list the wait was 2 HOURS! I couldn’t believe it they had so many employees working but were too busy talking among each other. Smh I left there and went to the one on Studemont and the manager there Krystal was so nice she was helping all her workers and welcoming everyone! Andrew and Mike were the ones helping me and they lowered my bill. They were so helpful and transferred all my information. Thank you so much guys

Mike at the store was so amazing! His customer service level is absolute quality. I called the store to try and get UVerse to our house. I explained my neighbor had Uverse but was told we couldn’t receive it. I also explained that we shared walls with our neighbor. He was on the phone with tech support for two hours, got us a jet-​pack to use in the interim. We are now able to get uverse installation. Mike also called a week later to follow up. He gets nothing out of helping us. He doesn’t receive commission bc we didn’t buy anything. Thank you so much for all that you did to help us out!
