Aspect Construction

Juan Salazar, owner of Aspect Construction, used to be a pretty good contractor. We have worked with him on several projects and never any significant problems until our most recent full house remodel. It has been over a year and he is still not finished. We had several issues with sub contractors which I do not entirely blame him for, but the past months have been a complete failure on his part. He now only has inexperienced and incompetent workers. They have been working on the exterior of our house for months now– scraping and painting. They are so lazy they can’t even sand the wood down to be smooth before painting. Instead they just slop the paint everywhere. This is just the tip of the iceberg– they have had to do the same tasks multiple times inside the home because they are too lazy to do it properly. I’m not a perfectionist, but I do expect to get what I pay for…
If you want to have to stand over people while they do their job hire Aspect. Otherwise I suggest you look somewhere else.
