I just went in store to purchase a new iPhone 6 plus case and had the best customer service. Chris helped us out and was so kind and helpful. I had just come from the AT&T store next door and had horrible service so it was refreshing come here and have such perfect service. Thanks Chris!

Nice store. Horrible customer service. Would give no stars if possible. Helped other customers before me even though I signed in and just wanted to purchase a new phone. Should have been a quick in and out took over half an hour with no new phone.

Its great customer service at this location that makes me happy that I made the switch to Verizon. I actually went in to buy a wifi mobile devise. Benjamin was so helpful, he went through all of the plans, how much it would cost extra per month, and convinced me to go with the 99 cent model rather than the one that would cost me 50 bucks! Yes, he down sold me, and I am so happy. He explained that the one that I got was just as good as the one that was more expensive. He saved me quite a bundle.

Benjamin helped my wife out and he was superb. Excellent customer service skills while still being a great salesperson. He wasn’t pushy and was able to empathize for the customer. Used personal family stories that were relatable to us and my wife felt very comfortable. She can be challenging at times and he handled it perfectly. If you have a verizon phone and need help, this place is the place to go!
