Tech Armor

White guy did my cracked screen repair. Now my phone lags and buttons work sometimes. Bad service. I was waiting for over an hour when my phone was done he couldn’t even walk over to the bench and let me know my phone was fixed. I would try somewhere else. No respect for veterans. It was a white skinny guy who did the ‘repair’

Called in and staff instantly knew what needed to be done. Was told to come in tomorrow, and the repair on my charger port for my iPhone 5c would be done as soon as I stopped by. Dropped off my phone, and in less than 15 mins everything was all good to go. I even invested on their tempered glass screen protector, because I didn’t realize the difference with it until Landon showed me. At least now I know where to take my mobile devices for fixing!

Wife felt bad for my dieing otter box case, so she decided to get me a new military grade Dual tech case. Hopefully this new case will stand the test if time with my 4 year old son lol. Will update in a few days on quality.

Great service and very knowledgeable about their products :) The associate helped me fix my broken iphone screen in about 15 minutes. He also let me know that if there was damage to anything else other then the screen, they wouldn’t be able to fix those damages and their services would be free of charge. So basically, if your phone was internally damaged and you didn’t walk out with a working phone, their services would be free. He also offered to put a glass screen on to make sure this wouldn’t happen again :)

I am so glad i took my iphone 6 to Tech Armor to get fix. It was so severely shattered from top to bottom, I was afraid it would be irreparable. But it only to him 20 minutes to make it look brand new! and i even got that hammer tested temper glass thing to protect it afterward! Best customer service in the best amount of time. I called about bringing in my iPad that was cracked. They said they could fix it. I dropped it off and then after three days they called me back and said they couldn’t fix it but will give me a new one. I picked it up and when I took it home I found out that the new one was a 16GB when the one I had originally, which I brought was a 32GB. I called and took it back. I had to wait another four days and then I picked it up again and it was a 32GB. The new iPad is great I would have given them 4 stars but since I had to come back twice and wait another four days I am giving two.

Great customer service, discounts for multiple purchases and fast repairs and installs

Ok, so I just got my iPhone 4 battery and charge port replaced today. The customer service and friendly attitude by Joel at Tech Armor was among the best I have ever seen. Not only were the prices reasonable for the time and energy spent to replace my phone parts, but I was in and out of there in 30 minutes, and Joel was handling other customers while still giving me the attention that a paying customer deserves. As technology rapidly changes, he seems quite competent on newer equipment as well, and like I said before, the service was top notch. I got a battery and a charge port replaced, for 100 bucks total plus tax. But, for the same service elsewhere, I got my phone done correctly on the spot, and was able to reopen my sole means of communication to the rest of the electronic civilized world. If you are in the Mall at Pearl Harbor, and you have a cracked screen or need a battery, go and see them. If your experience goes anything like mine, you’ll be back or making reviews similar to this one!

I just want to say THANK YOU to landon for helping me with my iPhone again! I never thought I would be able to fix such a messed up phone. he even was able to take out all the dents around the side with no extra charge! and thanks to a good deal, I feel safer using my phone now that’s it protected by their tech tempered sheet (?).
there’s no where else I would trust with my phone than tech armor!

I received some incredibly rude service here. I called around to ask for prices for my cracked iphone 5s and when i got to tech armor i was greeted with a hello and was immediately put on hold for a long time. I inquired about how long it would take, their closing time, and their price which was a bit higher than the other places i called. His attitude sounded like he had better places to be. Since my glass wasn’t terribly cracked i asked if they could do it cheaper if they just replaced that part. The guy gave a very impolite «no» and just hung up on me. If you cant be polite to potential customers, i have very little hope for their actual service.

So I cracked my glass screen along with the LCD Display, then I messaged them on Facebook asked how much will it be to get it fixed and they told me that it will be $ 120.

It fixed as soon at get off from work, then surprisingly the phone that was getting repaired before my was finished as soon as I sat down on a massaging chair and I waited about 20 – 30 minutes… I think (because my phone was the only thing I can tell time).
So I was still sitting and right when my phone was fixed, he offered a glass screen protector for half off, so I decided to get it also, and without me knowing the screen protector was on my phone within 30 seconds… And all I can say is that it was perfectly placed on so good that I didn’t even noticed that it is there!
Honestly it was my first time getting it fixed and I honestly can say that I’ve gotten the best service, it was fast and convenient but it did a little damaged on my bank. But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do…
