Ok I gave it a shot ! Glad I did people were extremely nice most of the toppings were fresh except for the guacamole it looked like it was prepared in the morning ! My son ate some last night and went to finish it earlier and the guacamole turned black and was very nasty tasting! Come on keep the guacamole fresh people!

This subway is located in King’s Village. It’s not one of the best subways I’ve been to, but since I work around the area it’ll do. They never have any of the advertised specials on the commercials on television, which sucks! The employees rarely seem like they want to be there, and hardly say hi or acknowledge your presence as a customer. They definitely need a clean sweep or re-vamp of the management there. The air conditioning always seems to be broken as well, it’s always super hot when it is. As of right now I think it’s fixed. There’s only this young guy, I think he’s the only guy working there that’s pleasant. Other then that the worker’s customer service skills are highly lacking. The food is the same subway quality, mahalo ke Akua or else I’d never come back. LOL

The workers were OK. Not bad, not good. Just OK. The table I sat at seemed dirty so I tried to wipe it down with the one napkin they out in my sandwich bag. It didn’t help, just got stuck to whatever was sticky in the first place. There was a hair in my sandwich. At first I thought it was mine(it happens a lot, I have long hair) but when I tried to pull it out it was stuck in the lettuce and things in the sandwich. Well, that’s just not OK. I am not one to complain. I didn’t want another sandwich or anything, I just don’t want to come back at all. And I won’t. So long, Subway!

Absolutely horrible. The workers are S L O W, rude, immature and UNPROFESSIONAL. I work nearby and went a few times thinking the service would get better, NOPE. I’ve experienced more than once where there was only 2 or 3 people in front of me and their so slow that at least one of the people in front of me LEAVE and I still wait in line for 10 or more minutes! And like I said UNPROFESSIONAL! while eating in there I’ve had the pleasure of listening to offer of the girls mock and make fun of asian accents and even go as far as continueing the accent and assisting a customer in the mocking accent. If no stars were possible, this location would get it.

They are very stingy about the food. I mean a six inch is 7 dollars with tax. and they give you very little meat! Inside is very hot and uncomfortable.

The guying making my sandwich was chewing his own sandwich with his mouth open while making my salad. When I told him that is was gross, he was nasty and told me sorry that he was human and had to eat too. The tables are always dirty at this location and the one at the Aston Waikiki. Nasty!

Slow service but a good(and typical) subway experience.

This Subway location is in the food court of King’s Village in the heart of Waikiki. It is located right across the street(diamond head) of the Princess Kaiulani Hotel. Because the prices are slightly higher in Waikiki, I normally don’t stop by this Subway location. However, since I had a Subway coupon with me I knew I would end up saving some money. The coupon deal is if you buy one 6-inch sandwich and a drink, you receive a 6-inch sandwich free. Love this deal! With my order of a 6-inch turkey sandwich, 6-inch Italian BMT, a small drink and one bag of chips, my bill was close to $ 10. This same order in downtown would cost me under $ 7. I really appreciate this Subway for accepting my coupon as you never know whether all Subway locations will accept it or not. I must say that Subway does have one of the best coupon deals around.
