Subway

If I could give this place a 0 star rating, that would be it! That old Korean lady in the front was just flat out Rude! She didn’t like the fact that I was not a regular customer. wanting to redeem my free 6inch sub with a purchase of a 30oz drink. She gave me attitude asking me (twice)! «why didn’t I go to my regular subway that I go too instead?!» Like who does that crap?! She even gave me attitude while making my sandwich! Unreal I tell you. She was the only person there at the time, so I’m guessing she was the manger or something but damn was she Rude. She is so lucky I was actually in a good mood that day or else I would’ve reported her. In fact, come to think of it, I might just do so today! Never coming back here again. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

This is the best Subway. Leo and Helen are so nice and always happy to great you with a smile. They make their sandwich so Nice and neat, not soppy like some other subways. Like to say Big Mahalo Leo and Helen. Keep up the Good Work.

I drive a little further to go to this subway because the staff is so friendly and always gets my order right. I order alot for work meetings and my order is always made on time and correctly. The store is also very clean and organized. The best Subway I have ever been to!

Yes the place is clean and the owners are nice, but stingy on the veggies! And sometimes sandwich is messy and hanging out of the bread.

First time here and I’m definitely coming back! Walked in to the most clean and neat Subway I’ve ever seen! Looked like a commercial could have been filmed at any minute! Friendly service by whom I guessed were the owners. They put so much care and pride into my picture perfect sandwich! Five stars and a high five to my new favorite Subway location. Keep up the great job! :)

This location is probably the only Subway on the island I would buy from. Super clean interior. The Korean owners (Leo & Helen) are some of the most sweetest people ever.
I always go there and as soon as I walk in, they already start preparing my sandwich. They are TRUE sandwich artists/​experts. They gather ingredients and build my sandwich perfectly. I’ve been to other locations, and all they want to do is rush making the sandwich and it comes out super sloppy and not pretty to eat. Once you come here, you’ll never want to go to another Subway location again.

Probably one of my favorite, if not, ONLY Subway that I frequent
Located in the heart of Kalihi, this Subway is always clean. I’ve tried other locations before and they were sub par. My sandwiches were sloppy. But at this particular location, you would never see a sloppy sandwich, no matter how much of a rush hour it is. I guess this location spoils me a lot, hehe.
As the other reviewers stated, the owners (Leo and Helen) are kind, which is the one of the reasons I frequent this particular location. They truly take pride in their work, and I can see that influence in their employees. Their customer service is amazing. My sandwiches are always NEATLY put together (compared to other subways), their counter tops are always neat and clean,
However, this subway has never failed to impress me with their superior customer service every time I’m there. Major kudos!

Like Joe C. said, the Korean owners here are very friendly in spite of their limited english. I frequent this Subway location quite often since they are within walking distance from my work place.

The owners are SUPER NICE. They are Korean ancestry and they make every customer feel WELCOME. The sandwich is made perfectly well. They are the best of the best. Thanks
