TERRIBLE. been here a handful of times and each time the service is rude or they give me one tomato on a footlong. Hello stingy! plus subpar food, EVERYTHING is frozen, bread stinks, etc. I complained to them several times and they don’t do anything.

This crew is fast. I like that. Sandwich was what I expected from Subway. Overall, good. Just add a couple smiles for 4-star experience.

I lost appetite after the lady put some random sauce in there when I didn’t even ask for it and put things I didn’t want in the sandwich and didn’t even ask to make me a new one when she made a mistake of doing so. Now the sweet onion sauce which is disgusting to me is lingering in my mouth and it was seriously the worse sandwich I ever had :/they should at least offer to make a new one if they mess up… Terrible service the lady gave. Usually the service is good here

TERRIBLE, Skip if get line Staff is rushing, sloppy, and not willing to take the time to do a good job. With only ¾ of teri chicken on the sandwich and the bin running out, a female staffer tried to cover up the empty sections with cheese instead of getting more meat from the back. She passed the sandwich on to another male staffer which I mentioned the empty spots. Instead of righting the issue, he just spread the little that was left to cover the empty sections. Systemic Laziness, Do Not Go

The customer service is bad, although it did improve from 8 years ago *shudder*(luckily those employees aren’t there anymore). Convenient location on campus and prices are OK.

It can get pretty busy here during lunch. Best to go at off times or in the morning. Depending on what you order, it can be some of the more affordable options on campus. Too bad they don’t take meal plans or points.

Your typical subway shop. Lines can get pretty long, coming during off hours will give you the best bet for a short or no line. Workers are friendly, I’ve never had a problem with them. During busy hours they work together to create an efficient and a quick. assembly line of sandwich making lol. Only complaint I have is it’s rather small so when trying to get to the soda machine after paying can be a tight squeeze especially if there are several people waiting to get their drinks. And if the lines long it can block the exit.

If you go to Subway in Manoa for dinner, it’s a crap shoot whether or not they have soup, tea, or all of the bread choices. I was there 3 hours before closing(one of several times this has happened) and rather than simply making another container of tea(or even half of one), they take the container away and too bad for you if you wanted tea. Same with soup… why offer things on the menu if you can’t supply them during ALL business hours? Pathetic!

I’ve never had to stand in a line longer than 5 people and I usually go around 10:20−12pm. Even when there is a line out of the door, the line does go by pretty fast. This is definitely the fastest Subway I’ve ever been to. The workers seem to handle the rush very well and still make the sandwiches nice and neat. I recommend a BMT to get the most meat in a sandwich. I guess I have a rather plain taste but I’ve been getting turkey breast and black forest ham on Italian herbs and cheese and I am in love! I couldn’t believe I haven’t tried the Italian bread before.

This is one of the many selections that you can go here for eats down at the UH Manoa Camus Center. It is one of the more popular food choices down at Campus Center. I would come by here to grab a sandwich combo on for lunch when I was attending the University as an undergrad. The staff and customer service is good. They are all pretty on it as far as the speed of service goes and the wait on the line during peak times isn’t that bad and goes down pretty quickly thanks to the efficiency of the employees that they have. They must get good training. The prices are pretty much just like other Subways not any different. I think they have student combos meals or something from what I remember. They are one of the only food places on campus that are open for business early and later on. Most of the other food places close kind early like normal and typical service hours. They are located in a pretty convenient area right by the student ID and ticket office, ASUH, all the table and seating areas from the TV, next to the bookstore stairway entrance, etc.

This is one of my go to spots for lunch on campus. It’s reasonably priced, and the quality is up to standards. The hours are pretty good. They’re open for breakfast, lunch, and after work hours. The staff here is usually pretty on it, and they remember the regulars. I’m just sad that they have recently joined the trend of Hawaii Subways charging $ 6 or more for the $ 5 foot longs. But I guess since it’s Hawaii, no can help.

Whenever I need food to last me the whole day on campus from 8:30AM-9PM, I usually come to Subway in Campus Center. Why? Because I can order a footlong for $ 6(not including tax). I eat one half for lunch, the other half for ‘dinner’. Even though it gets soggy, but hell, I’m a broke college student. This place itself is pretty decent from the amount of times I’ve come here. I usually go when there isn’t a line(Around in my opinion 11:30 — 1:30PM, and 3−4PM) Even if there is a line, it’s pretty quick. Line out the door? Give it about 5 – 10 minutes. But really, don’t go during rush hour. Ask a friend to order it for you before it hits. We should all already know when you need to feed a ton of people, you rush, and when you rush, it’s crap. ONTHEOTHERHAND… If you’re lucky during rush, you get better quality vegetables ’cause they have to switch them out. And sometimes, the tomatoes are not fresh. I love my vegetables, but I don’t like it when my tomatoes tastes old… It’s hard to hear over the glass case, especially when you’re only 5 feet tall. I usually have some poor communications with the workers there because it’s really hard to hear them along with me trying to shout over the case. It’s worse when I see them touch pickles and banana peppers and THEN touch something that I like to eat. Nasty. Upside, they’re wearing gloves. And man. since they always have cookies, I’m a sucker for cookies. I usually end up buying 3 cookies for I think. 1.39? Ugh. I need to stop. White chocolate macadamia… Mm. Some of the workers there are nice though when they don’t have people waiting. Be nice to them, and they’re nice to you. Whenever I go, I like smiling and saying thank you. They deserve that much for working and dealing with students all day. Overall, It’s only 6 dollars you’d be spending on something that is filling. Unlike Cafeteria food on campus, this would last you the whole day.(well for me anyway, I don’t eat too much)

As far as Subways go, this one is pretty awesome. I’ve never seen such a long line move so quickly. I’m at the law school and I usually don’t feel like going far for lunch, so I just walk over and get a 6″ turkey, as always. They’re efficient and the one guy who is always there is always very friendly. Sure, a lot of the workers aren’t great with English, but I can usually get my order across just fine. What can you expect? It’s a Subway.

The sandwich artists here are as good as any Subway you go too. They are consistently fast and thorough that is for sure! Right now, it’s a bitch to get up in Campus Center. Ugh are they ever going to finish their construction project? 2 of the main entrances have been blocked for a good semester or two!

This Subway is fast, the food is always to the same Subway standard… so it’s what we’ve come to expect from our fresh is best chain experience. What I do appreciate from this Subway is the staff. They are not only friendly but willing to accommodate special requests from customers, like myself, who have particular dietary needs. Give their egg-white omelette breakfast sandwich on flatbread a try. It’s a tasty, healthy, inexpensive alternative to the other campus options!

I’ve been going here a lot more times than my check-in number shows. The staff are nice and provide good and fast service. Good thing is that they open early and close late during regular semesters.

I give this subway 4 our of five stars because I’ve never had a problem with them before. I would give it four out of five because it’s always busy and packed, but the lines do go fast though. I go to many different subways and this one although long may go faster than shorter lines at other places. I was behind 8 people one time and waited only 7 minutes until my turn. I always get a black forest ham on a $ 5 footlong on wheat bread. Comes out to $ 5.24. They used to have super small cups for water which was ridiculous but they’ve now upgraded to bigger plastic small cups. I’ve never had a problem with their food. They’re always I stock and always really fresh. They never give me a problem when I ask for more veggies, which some subways can get anal about. I’ve had the one in Chinatown said they’d charge me more. But these guys on UH campus are really friendly, fast and the BEST when it comes to customer service. I’d say they are the best on the whole island when it comes to stock, customer service and wait time(given that the lines are really long). They should get credit for hustling and being really efficient. Just a note: usually I get chocolate Chip cookies which is usually out of stock at other subways but majority of the time they have it here… which is awesome!

Hard to beat a $ 5 ft long basic sandwich when you’ve got someone to share with or a fridge to save the other half. Subway’s always pretty consistant, but I’m glad they switched from pepsi co. to coca cola co. There’s pepsi all over campus, I’m tired of it. Haha and papa lucks charges a dollar for just a can of coke. Toasty: I like toasted subs.
