Wow, only 1 review so far, written in 2012! I’m surprised; Regal Diner is located in a busy industrial area near the airport. They have a couple of parking stalls in the adjoining lot and the diner is connected to Regal Bakery, practically making Regal your one-stop shop for both breakfast treats and lunch. The diner is but a window to their kitchen known plate lunches and lunch specials. Their menu consists of a plethora of local favorites including both steamed and baked manapua, pork hash, crispy gau gee, butter mochi, fried rice, teri beef, and so much more. They have daily lunch specials as well. Their omelets are pretty good and are a pretty generous size. Their manapuas and dim sum are alright; definitely not the best but a really nice option to have in this busy work area. I really wish they would serve the manapua and dim sum warm but they don’t keep those premade in a warmer or anything. Customer service is pretty good and prices seem pretty fair. Right outside of their ordering window is a convenient porch-like setting with shade and a couple of picnic tables. Again, a very nice option to have dim sum in this area(mediocre and all), but definitely not my go-to. Being next door to the bakery is another plus! I’ll keep you in my back pocket for those manapua-craving days Regal Diner!

This place is a steal! Especially because it is right next door to the infamous Regal Bakery. I assume they are the same owners because they share a kitchen and they go in and out of ones area. I got to go here a few times to get breakfast and usually before 7am they have a few parking stalls available. But after that I am not sure because they only have about 3 stalls and the rest are street parking on a busy road. I like this place becuase it is cheap and thats always a +++ in my books especially for breakfast. I believe I paid under $ 6 for the Pancake Breakfast, which comes with 2 pancakes and a choice of meat. They are very gracious when it comes to filling up your plate and I could not even finish my breakfast. And this place also had some Manapua and pork hash when we were there. Also a plus for my boyfriend was that they had monster energy drink, he did not have to stop by 7 – 11. I would want to go here more often because it is about 5 minutes away from my work but they aren’t really the fastest place to get food. But will always have this place in mind next time I am not in a rush. I would also want to go back and try their regular lunch items. I will keep you guys posted.
