Wow! This place is AWFUL! The greeter actually turned away from me when I walked in. Perhaps my being white had something to do with that? The sales lady waved her hand in some mysterious gesture when I asked if they had a Newbury double buckle bag. Saying«There, all we have». Not true, bags were in several locations throughout the store. I ended up leaving empty handed, without even a goodbye from my new pals. I ended up at Coach… I plan on having a loving long term relationship with my new purse and matching wallet.

My apologies for not being a foreigner(Japanese tourist)…which is to my assumption the crappy service… really? All I needed to do was exchange an item I purchased the day previous for a larger size. What a hassle!!! Why I give this location a 3 Star due to previous visits and that it’s DFS! Makes shopping more fun when you don’t have to pay for taxes!

A great place to grab shorts in January or nice swimming trunks if you left yours at home. This Polo store has mainly Men’s clothing and a whole second floor with a large selection of children’s wear. If you fancy a Big Pony polo for your toddler, this is the place to get it; they had a minature version of almost every item in the Men’s section. Staff were very casual and the store is entirely open to let the warm air in. Well-decorated, though no phantasmal, pedicured entrance like the Beverly Hills store. It seems like they only stock the less-recent items, though; I saw a lot of things there that I saw at a Polo factory outlet on the mainland. If you don’t mind paying full price for older styles(and perhaps intend to visit Hermes next door in any case), or you’re mainly looking for clothes for your kid, then this place is for you.
